Palo Brunch favorites?

My favorites are:
- almond crossant
- eggs benedict
- grape and gorgonzola pizza

We (my wife and I) usually get one of each antipasti and share, but you can ask for more. I have dietary issues with certain seafood so I sometimes just ask for a plate of the mussels and they've accommodated. I usually get the traditional Bennie. All of the soups are good, but I think celery is worth trying because it sounds really weird, but it's good. I skip the waffle/pancake because they are good but I'm saving room for other stuff. Order the off-menu grape and gorgonzola pizza or skip it unless you have a party of 4+ and then just get one pizza to share (again, gotta save room). Entrees, the veal is good if you're into that, chicken parm was really good, but the lasagna is the standout.

I've never been disappointed with anything I've eaten at Palo, so don't stress over it too much.

Almost everything we have tried has been good. We would skip the waffle you can get a waffle at other restaurants. Additional new favorite as of June 2025 Celery soup. It's a must try.

The almond croissant was literally my favorite food item on the whole Fantasy Cruise. I was looking forward to it on Treasure but it's not clear if they have it. That pastry platter isn't really on the menu. Does anyone know for sure and if not, is there anywhere else onboard to get/purchase croissants? I know the buffet has more generic ones.

Standouts are the eggs Benedict, sausage pizza, chicken parm & lasagna. Oh, and the pastries like the almond croissant and the Nutella one.

Going to experience Palo Brunch on an upcoming cruise. I am not really an "eat a lot at breakfast" person and was wondering, if you have eaten there, what are your favorites? Probably a one time thing so trying to get recommendations.

ANTIPASTI - Meat or fish?

EGGS - Cheese & Ham Frittata, Zucchini Frittata, 3 Cheese Omelet, Tomato & Onion Omelet, Poached Eggs on Toast (with Ham, Spinach & Asparagus, or Smoked Salmon?

SOUPS - Tomato & Basil or Celery?

WAFFLES & PANCAKES - Strawberry, Apple Cinnamon, Buttermilk or Blueberry?

PIZZA - Margherita, Goat Cheese & Sun Dried Tomato, or Spicy Italian Sausage OR Calzone with Prosciutto, Basil, Bell Peppers and Mozarella Cheese

ENTREES - (see descriptions above)
Roallatini Melanzine, Parmesean-Crusted Chicken Breast, Lasagna, Veal Saltimbocca, Wild Mushroom Ravioli, Roasted Red Snapper Filet or Grilled Cut Sirloin Steak

NOTE: Only want to order one (or no) option from each catagory, no wish to try "tasting" a bunch of food. Thanks!

Just enjoyed our first brunch at Palo- avoid veal- tough and inedible.
All pastas/eggs/croissants/pannecotta/limoncello cake/chicken on risotto was delish!

We've done brunch several times before. This past March on the Treasure we tried a few new items that were amazing - the Margherita flatbread, the wild mushroom ravioli and the zabaglione. I have always had the fondant and the chicken parm, but I'm still dreaming about the ravioli and the zabaglione. And the almond croissants.

We have tried all the main dishes.
The wife likes the parmesan chicken but I love the Lasagna!
The Lasagna just melts in your mouth!!!
My second choice would be the chicken parm though.
The veal we had was not very good. Maybe just a bad chef? It was the worst of all the items.
The warm almond croissant is also a must!
We also enjoyed the grape pizza. It is not on the menu but it is available by special request.

They had it for Palo brunch on the Treasure when we were onboard in May but you had to ask for it.
