Wow I cannot believe my "luck" today.
The other day when we were out shopping I noticed my wallet was not where I normally keep it in the van. I didn't really make a big fuss and figured I must have left it in the house.
But then my husband calls me today and asks where all our DVDs, Playstation games, and our Playstation are. We keep one of those giant cases with every DVD we own (hundreds of DVDs - mostly the kids) in the van and we also keep our playstation and another case full of every playstation game we own in the van. He said they were no where to be found. Which means someone broke into our van!
He noticed this while he was at the car dealership this morning having our locks repaired. They haven't been working for a couple weeks so we've had to go in and manually lock and unlock each door each time we get in and out. Because it's been such a pain in the butt to deal with, we haven't been keeping it locked while it's been sitting in our own driveway. That was obviously a stupid thing to do.
So now here I am 2 days before heading to the boat and I have no driver's license, no military ID, no credit cards, no debit cards, no cash, no annual pass, and a million other things are gone. Today the priority will be to get a new military ID so we are at least allowed to board the ship. The annual pass I can replace when we get to Disney.
UGH I just can't believe this! Something always comes up before our cruises. Last year on our way driving down to the ship our van (different van) broke down and we had to pay a fortune to get a tiny rental car on the fly. It was the only car that was available and we couldn't fit all our luggage in it. So ridiculous.
