Sunday Matt (DS) and I baked christmas goodies for most of the day. Yesterday, I brought a rather large chunk of it to work for sharing. Hand-dipped Chocolate Bon-bons, church windows, Spice Cookies, Cupcakes, and Sugar Cookies were on the menu. Everyone was on a sugar high all day.

Well today, I am going to be strong and not eat any of the leftovers. I only have 9 months to look good for our cruise. So it is back to my water and no cokes.

I love baking Christmas cookies! I have some Polish recipes from the family but have not done those in some time. You and Matt had fun I am sure! Children are so excited this time of year, and I am sure Santa will be good to him for being such a good helper to his mom!

I know what you mean about cokes. I have 3 left and then it will be "diet coke" for me. I am bound and determined to start drinking them. end of discussion for me !!!

The next three days are Secret Santa days in our office. I've got the president as who I have to buy for and I'm struggling. I've got today covered but that is it. Guess I'll be doing some more shopping after work.

I would be so stressing if I had the boss, but I know you will find something great Mary.

Decent day for me today. I bought a Mickey wreath from DisneyShopping and I finally got a hook for it today. It has only been sitting in the box for a week so not to shabby. Bought it for 14.99

Also realized I was only 2 classes shy of a dual major so I met with my advisor today to confirm what I was reading was actually correct and it was. So I had him declare for me my second major. I will still graduate December of 08, I just get to squeeze and extra class in the summer and one in the fall.

I also was able to clean my entire house - top to bottom - that had been neglected during finals, and wrap ALL the presents.

Now to just convince hubby that we need a point add on. So far there is no convincing him but I did tell him that for our 10 year anniversary there will be some documents that have Mickey heads and palm trees on them so I will require a signature. He didn't seem to thrilled with that one either - lol

Cobbler: - don't you just love Disneyshopping. they have had some good items on sale lately. you have been very busy cleaning - where did you get all that energy?

wonder what DVC will offer to add on points next year. can't imagine what they will come up with.

Lazy night for me - finished up the cards and will mail them out tomorrow.

Think Members Cruise 2008
Well Folks only one more week before The big jolly man in the red suite arrives.I hope everybody has there shopping done. I think Nanc and I are ready. She is subbing at school today so I have the honey do list HA HA.
We were talking what we would do for each other this Christmas and we decided when we bought into Saratoga this year and added more points that was our christmas. Going from 150 points to 260 we can do a lot more.

Mandy - congrats on the dual major! I think that deserves a point add on.

From your mouth to my husband's ears! Actually he said he would consider it - really consider it - if the BWV did a contract extension like OKW. He wants a longer RTU. We are trying out AKV but I don't think he wants an add on there.

I have told him though that under no circumstance will he deny an add on if the Poly ever turns DVC.

Well today we had out Dirty Santa game at work. I came out with a Starbucks gift card. I think I did good. Although no one brought a gag gift. I was so hoping for another snoring pig gift to be in the trade. Those are always fun to see who get stuck with it.

Good morning everyone! Happy Thursday!

Today is our last day of Secret Santa and also our pot luck at work. I found the perfect gift for this last day. Last year the president had me and on the first day gave me duct tape. No one could figure out who I had or why they would give that to me, but if you knew him you'd know how quirky he can be. So this year as his last gift I got him the big book of things to do with duct tape. I gave him nicer gifts the other two days with a St. Nick ornament on Tuesday and a runner's magazine (he runs marathons) on Wednesday. Should be a fun day.

Robin I like the idea of adding the pirate to me signature. I'll have to do that.

good morning all - only a few days left in this year. where did the year go?
good idea on the duct tape, mary - what goes around comes around - - now he'll get his duck tape back - well, in a way

our Holiday party at the Hospital is today, as well. I have this nasty little cold and don't feel like going, but I'll make an appearance. Feel like I have to. actually was in bed most of yesterday and didn't leave the house for anything. still not sure if I am actually going or not. I'll figure it out w/in the next couple of hours.

Well today is my last day of work before Christmas. I have a training class for the 1st half of the day. The second half will be making any changes to my report that the Director wants.

Tommorrow will be soooo busy. I have to take Matt and a breakfast item to school by 7:15, take the cat back to the vet for a re-check, pick up Matt from school, get my hair cut, and drive 30 miles to pick up my MRI records for the specialist visit next Wednesday. Somewhere during the day I have to get my house clean as my brother's family will be here early Saturday morning. I am going to need a day off to recover from my day off.

My last day of work is tomorrow. We'll have a little office party at lunch time and the boss usually sends people home early.

We're heading to my (Gary) folks place tomorrow night. We'll spend Saturday and Sunday with them and come back to Erie Monday morning to spend Christmas Eve and Day with Gail's family. My Dad has cancer and is having Chemo treatments so this will be a different Christmas for my family. He has a great attitude and both my brothers will be there so I'm sure it will be a great week-end.

It's cold but not too snowy here. We shouldn't have any trouble driving.
