We are supposed to be doing a big trip for the londonish kids and grandkids in September of 2013 along with the portlandish kids and grandkids. Oh, yeah, and some other relatives too! I think we will probably need a couple of 2 bedrooms and a studio. I've got dibs on the studio. I think we can sleep more people more comfortably, for fewer points, this way than with a GV. (And Dan and I have a place in which to escape.)
