OMG Cicadia (sp?) icecream!!! Just saw in Italy (?) on the news they are grinding up the bug we commonly refer to as Locusts here in Indiana, covering them in syrup and putting them in gelato! (couldn't find the smiley sticking finger in mouth) It sold out!

Another story was also in a foreign country. Called a foot schoolbus. Might be the solution to our school bus fuel, breaking the budget. The 'drivers' stop and pick up the first kid. They walk to the next house, and continue walking until they have walked all the way to school. Good exercise too.

They said some kids walk as far as one mile. Call me sarcastic, but that's what I did every day through HS (well probably only a half mile, but still). I have long wondered why they want to build consolidated schools so rural that NO ONE can walk. Everyone must be driven in one form or another.
