My computer's router crashed last night when I was downstairs and I was too lazy and tired to go up and fix it, so I didn't get a chance to congratulate you Lisa! Great Job! What school are you going to - here in Jersey or PA?

Were did you hear they are rasing the price of luggage on the air lines? I did not hear that. Now I have to go check United. In fact United is giving a 4.00 discount per bag if when you check in on line you check your baggage so they are in the system. Guess what we are doing.

I think right now the people that are taking Southwest are the luckey ones. They still don't charge. But for us the price was about the same for the tickets.

USAir raised their rates another $5 It was on the Today show.

Two weeks from right now we'll be on the road headed to Disney. Won't get there until Friday but we'll be on our way!

Only 8 work days left for me (counting today) since we get the 7th off for Labor Day.

Yes, afterall the days off and the holiday don't count...they are vacation like days for me! I love my time off.

Good Morning All! So, I stayed up late last night reading through all the posts. Then, I proceeded to type up a very long response and submitted it. Then I went to bed. Well, it is not there. I never checked last night as it was very very late. I just turned off the computer and went to bed.


I recall several people mentioning in the 70+ pages I read yesterday that they were having similar problems.

How frustrating!!

I'm home today - but I wouldn't really call it a day off! I have to paint DS room so that we can get the carpet down tonight. I think he's getting tired of sleeping in dad's comfy recliner (he used to beg to do that) !!

I should be able to get everything done - but you never know what interruptions you may have - gee, like posting!!

DS went out to camp to help out DH so it should be pretty quiet around here. Guess I'll have to put on my Disney cds and get started! Well, maybe after this cup of coffee . . .

Okay so then I only have 8 days until vacation, 5 of those working day, and 15 days until we fly to Florida.

Off Labor day then taking 9/8 off to get kids ready for school - haircuts and all - then school starts on 9/9 and it will be DDs 1st day of Kindergarten. Then the rest of the day is mine to do last minute trip prep...well until school gets out. 9/10 I already had schedule off for a 'me' day. I figure I might need one before I head off for 10 days with 2 kids.

USAir raised their rates another $5 It was on the Today show.

Wow they just keep nickle and diming you. It may be by the date you bought your ticket. I know Unided raised them to. But it is for tickets that were bought after May 19th (I think). I knwo it was in May just don't remember the date. We bought are in March so I am happy about that.

I know this was brought up before, but for the life of me, I can't find it - so could somebody help me out? What was the name of the photo package that was being offered onboard and how much did it cost? I remember thinking that is was a good deal, but forgot to write down the particulars. I especially wanted to tell my DSIL about it because she is a real fan of getting the cruise pictures.

Okay, Flo. I just tried a different kind of conditioning stuff on my hair to help with the frizz and the poof - so when it dries, we'll see how it looks! It was a little better yesterday, but I still don't know . . .

Hope that conditioner works. But it is so hard when you do not like the way it looks to get used to it.

Yes, we are having lovely weather here. It is supposed to be like this through tomorrow. We will see. Don't know how much more the creeks and lakes can take. They are saying flooding already. My weatherbug keeps flashing.
