HAPPY BIRTHDAY, CHRIS!

I just wanted to let all those who enjoy Toy Story Mania that the Wii is coming out with a Toy Story Mania game. That should be fun!

Hey Marsha, just make sure that your FE isn't too wide (I think 8 inches or so) otherwise it won't fit in the space.

That sounds awesome. I love Toy Story Mania!

Kind of quiet around here...must be time for another Question of the Day.

If you could only eat in one of the restaurants every night of the cruise which would it be and why?

BTW Mark brought up a good point when he read it. You would have the same menus as the regular cruise you would just eat them in only one restaurant.

Thank you all for the birthday wishes. It brightened my day.

Boy, what restaurant to eat in, that is a tough choice. I believe we would choose Triton's/Lumiere's. We like to eat at a fancier type place while on vacation. And that is what those feel like. The other two places are fun, don't get me wrong, but our choice would be Triton's/Lumiere's.

Of course, if we didn't have to pay extra each time it would be PALO! :lmao: Love that shrimp and asparagus pizza!

Have a good night! :flower3:

I would have to say my favorite restaurant is Palo.

The one to eat in every day would be Animators Palate. I love having Disney all around me and also how it changes all the time.

Morning!

Hope everyone has a good day!

It is going to be a wet dreary one here.

Take care

Good morning everyone - happy Wednesday.

My answer to the question of the day would be Triton's. I love the coloring in there. Love the mosaic on the back wall especially after hearing about it on our first Member Cruise. If you sit on one side you are by the large windows and can watch the world sail by. If you sit on the other side you are near the large glass windows looking out on the 3rd floor promenade. Lumiere's on the Magic would be by favorite there for many of the same reasons but I don't think it holds a candle design wise to Triton's.

Good Wednesday morning! Hard to believe it is hump day already. I'm glad it is though!

Have a great day! :flower3:

Mary, I agree with you, as Triton's is our favorite also. (I love the pun about Lumiere not holding a candle)

Now I'm excited to see Triton's. We've only ever sailed on the Magic, so I'm guessing there will be unexpected surprises for us on the Wonder.

OMG! I wasn't even trying to make a pun. :lmao:

Here's the big difference. You know in Lumieres there is a large painting on the back wall. Well in Tritons it is mosiac. On our first Member Cruise (2003) there was a ships tour by one of the Imagineers who helped outfit the Wonder. They gave a sketch of what they wanted to these 3 little old Italian women who did it all by hand. It is WONDERful! (now that pun I meant). :)

While the Magic is the first and the flagship of the fleet, the Wonder being built later, they did learn things in the building of the Magic that they applied to the Wonder. They are from the same design, but like anything that is hand built, there are small, subtle fit and finish items on the Wonder that most people would never even notice other than in an overall sense that the Wonder is the newer of the two.

As far as the amenities/decor, I've actually liked what they did on the Wonder a bit better. And I too would say Triton's as the restaurant of choice when it comes to that.

Marsha - we have been to MNSSHP for the last three years and love it. The first year we went was the best, but we have enjoyed the last two years as well. You get lots of candy and it isn't cold and rainy like it is here when the kids trick or treat. Like Robbie said, your ticket includes the MK and if that is the only ticket you have you can get in as early as 4. The parade is the best one they have, IMHO. Plus, everyone gets to trick or treat, not just the kids. Just a kid a heart here, for 40 something parents! :rotfl: Plus, the crowds are way down and you can ride almost anything without a wait.

We have been debating whether to go or not since we won't have the kids. We probably won't go this time, just out of guilt, but ya never know. If you decide to go have fun!
Chris, Thank you & Happy Belated Birthday. I hope you had a wonderful day.

I am wih Flo on this one. If I had a choice and did not have to pay I would eat at Palo. The Animator's Palate would be my second pick.

Well again there is no way to steal a pirate, I have to leave now and won't be back to a computer for awhile.......
