Thanks Mary for the clarification. DSIL and DB joined DVC but I'm not sure of the year. She really wants to get to the posting and I thought she would, but things have been busy at her end with work and all, so maybe soon. My DBFF Gail reads the thread all the time and just watches me post, , then calls me and laughs!!

Good Morning All!

Up early today and getting ready to leave for camp already. We had some really bad storms this weekend - Friday late and Sunday morning. Now we have to go to camp and clean up the damage. DH will have to start by cutting up the tree that is laying across the entrance road!! Yeah, I guess it would be nice to let the campers in !!!!

So probably won't be around much today! Keep on posting - it gives me the giggles when I come home and catch up!

Good Morning Fellow Cruisers!

Hope all had a great weekend.

I took my daughters to adopt some kittens from a shelter this weekend, figuring that they would leave very happy and excited. Sometimes things don't go as planned...after they had chosen two kittens and we filled out the "adoption forms",we had made plans to come back and pick up the kittens Monday. On our way out the door, one of the "chosen" kittens scooted out the door behind my oldest daughter and ran off into the woods. We tried to catch her, but couldn't, and left there with two crying daughters. So much for a happy day. We did get a call later that day saying they had caught the escapee and all was well. What a swing in emotions for the girls, and to add to it we ended up adding a third kitten. So tonight they will bring thier new pets home for the first time.

Good Monday Morning!

Well, it was a busy weekend after all. Talent show, parade, b-day party, back to the town celebration, canned grean beans, cleaned house, and did laundry. Phewwww, I'm tired. And then last night our weather radio went off 4 times because of thunderstorms. I finally unplugged it. So, not much sleep last night. I'm really tired.

We also, thanks to our Disney Cruises, bought a Panini maker on Saturday. OMG, we had such fun yesterday making all different kinds of panini's. We had never had a panini before until we were on the Wonder a few years ago and always look forward to them while on board. So we thought we would start enjoying them at home. I'm so glad we did too!

Wow, 6 weeks until the cruise. Time is just going to fly by now. Especially with school registration, school shopping, marching band camps, and all, this month will be gone before we know it. In fact DH said this morning that he is bringing the suitcases upstairs this weekend. So, my living room will be a wreck for the next 6 weeks! Oh, well, what can you do.

I went to get my mail and there was an envelope from Magical Express!! It had my luggage tages for the bags for Boardwalk before the cruise! It came with a cure little personaled pamphlet with are airline info and names.

I wondered how long it would take before they caught on. Of course it didn't help that people were taking them and selling them on eBay!

Yes, and I bet we are both thinking on the same lines!

Personally, it would never be worth my time to list them on Ebay, pay the listing fees, etc., and then take the time to ship etc for the amount that they were sold for.

Dave, congrats on your 3! new babies. I'm so glad they found the lost kitten. It's great that you went to a shelter for the cats; there are sooooo many unwanted pets out there (we got our pound puppy from a local shelter). Have they got names yet?
