When I was in a wheelchair last October, DH called to find out how to get me to the correct zone. DH called to asked what to do. The person on the other end so i could stay in the room. You can't rely on anyone coming to get me. I guess I'm going dow with the ship!!

I kept kidding DH saying I'll never let you go! I'll never let let you go!

Good Morning Fellow Cruisers!

Hope all had a great weekend.

I took my daughters to adopt some kittens from a shelter this weekend, figuring that they would leave very happy and excited. Sometimes things don't go as planned...after they had chosen two kittens and we filled out the "adoption forms",we had made plans to come back and pick up the kittens Monday. On our way out the door, one of the "chosen" kittens scooted out the door behind my oldest daughter and ran off into the woods. We tried to catch her, but couldn't, and left there with two crying daughters. So much for a happy day. We did get a call later that day saying they had caught the escapee and all was well. What a swing in emotions for the girls, and to add to it we ended up adding a third kitten. So tonight they will bring thier new pets home for the first time.

Mary-thanks for the countdown it's looking better all the time!!

We went to our niece's engagement party on Saturday. It was fun but wasn't able to do much.

I went to get my mail and there was an envelope from Magical Express!! It had my luggage tages for the bags for Boardwalk before the cruise! It came with a cure little personaled pamphlet with are airline info and names.

So I've been missing for several months, actually much longer than that. I posted a few messages shortly after we all booked the cruise, but between the two kids, work and back to back college online college courses since December, I have not had much time to follow this thread. I've tried to get caught up, but 5,000 posts is about 1,000 too many for me to read .

To recap we have two rooms. My mother-in-law Diana and brother-in-law Chris are in one room, and my wife Tammy, and two children (DS 2 & DD <1) are in the other room. I'll get the details sent over to the appropriate email to make sure we are on the list with the rest of the group.

Does anyone recall if there were many kids on the previous member cruises? This is our fifth Disney Cruise, but the first where we have a child potentially old enough to participate in some of the programs. We're hoping to visit the parks a couple times prior to the cruise to get him a little more used to being around the characters. So far the encounters have been more enjoyed from a distance. We'll get at least one day in next week when we stay at BLT (hope that's the correct acronym).

We're still deciding on whether or not to participate with the fish extenders, but will be sure to get our names in before the 12th if we decide to. Does anyone have a link to pictures of some examples so we can get some ideas?

We're getting excited about the cruise knowing that it is very soon and will try to check in frequently to get to know everyone a little better prior to our voyage.

Flo - Congrats on getting the Magical Express stuff today! Wow, its getting closer now. You must have been so excited when you got the mail. Getting stuff in the mail just makes it seem so much more real.

Dave - have fun with the kittens. They are cute when they are small. We have three cats ourselves, Sassy, Emm and Scuttlebut. They are indoor/outdoor cats. The girls like them and they are big old babies.

Any one remember how soon we should be getting our luggage tags? I was thinking about 3-4 weeks out. What do you think?

WOO-Hoo!! I have been trying to make a dinner reservation at Palo's for Ryan and I, and there hasn't been any openings yet. I went on tonight and was able to make them!! Yummy!

Hey Flo,

Guess what? We got ours today in the mail! We just got home from a long day at camp, DH was putting a pot pie in the oven for me, and found our Magical Express envelope - it was so exciting! It means its really getting close. We go to SSR before - arrive on the 10th.

So lucky you guys. We are not using ME until after the cruise so they said we wouldn't get anything in the mail. It would be waiting for us at the Poly when we checked in. We are only using ME after the cruise from the Poly to the airport. So we have to wait to get our stuff.

We're only using it to get from airport to SSR. We got a limo for the six of us out to the port and then to the airport after the cruise. It ended up being cheaper than DCL bus.

Sue - we love SSR! That is our home resort and we just love it. I've read where some people don't like it, but for me, it is great! Have you stayed there before?

We're only using it to get from airport to SSR. We got a limo for the six of us out to the port and then to the airport after the cruise. It ended up being cheaper than DCL bus.

There are only two of us. We rented a car for one day to get us to the ship, taking DCL bus back to Poly, then the ME to the airport. We are just using them all this time!

We have stayed at OKW once before. Loved the layout of the rooms, but it is really spread out, especially to get to the main pool and all. We want to give it another try some day. Other resorts we want to try yet too. So many choices, so little time.
