You are more than welcome to post your Itineraries here if you need help. Since you're planning two parties you need to post one for Oct 2 and a new post for Oct 4th. All itineraries on the Main page are based on dates. You have plenty of time to iron things out. I would follow along and see how the parties work out in Aug & Sept. before finalizing.

Parade, Fireworks, Hocus Pocus, see the HM characters, special Halloween photopass pics, TOT trails if they fit in

This is a lot of characters! Woof! This could be very aggressive.

You still need to make TWO separate posts. Not sure what you mean here "Fab 5 in their costumes" Mickey, Goofy, Minnie are separate meets, separate locations. Donald is with Daisy.

You might want to consider eating at Minnie's Seasonal Dine in Hollywood Studios

This day I would try to get as much done and NOT attend Parade or Fireworks - unless weather becomes an issue.

Thanks FoxC63, I had fun but had to leave as my boys were apparently starving for dinner. It looks like the party went on a long time.

Back to the itinerary questions, I am thinking of switching our days so we can enter our MNSSHP day early to get in line for J & S around 3. ANd then switch off with DH on getting our wristbands at 4. I was also going to have DH take the kids through the bypass for pics and their first treats after while I hold our spot. Does this sound doable? This DVC early entry has me not knowing what to do.

I'm not sure how the DVC early entry will change things this year, but I don't think you need to line up for Jack and Sally at 3. We're AP holders and are always in the park early and were amongst the first few in line at 3:30-3:40.
