What was the photo that "accidentally" (yeah right) popped up when he was starting to talk about CC changes? Was that Tortola? I'm really hoping they go back to Tortola in 2011.

He did not list that. It was only the standard ports for 2011 except for the Med.

Set sail for the unspoiled natural wonder that is Alaska, on cruises that include stops in historic Skagway, picturesque Juneau and scenic Ketchikan, among other ports of call. Cruises to this region will be available to book on September 28, 2009.

Where did you see that??? please let us know

On the DCL site, all I'm getting is (Page Not Found 404 Error)

Yuck - JAN2011 is way to close to my WBTA. Guess I'll have to forgo the PC as I really want the TA!!

I was excited to hear that too! We went w/ ABD to Italy last year and it was fabulous..can't even imagine how much fun it would be to pair it with a cruise!!:cool1:

We may have to get in through a back door for a while like we did last year when they announced the Baltic and Med cruises. Anyone found the back door yet?
I'm confussed...didnt he say that the Magic would be sailing out of Vancouver? Not Ca.? And what about the Dream? will that be after all doing the Wonders Itinerary?

so do we do Alaska or a BTB on the new ship? And when will they give us the prices for all the ships including the Dream?
Most people just plain can't afford a three week cruise, or three weeks away from work, so sailing from Long Beach to Alaska is not going to happen. Although the Wonder will spend most of its year in Long Beach sailing to Mexico, it will be repositioned to Vancouver, BC where it will spend the summer on the Alaska itinerary before repositioning back to Long Beach.

The Dream will stay in Florida, cruising to the Bahamas. Although he mentioned 3,4,5, and 7 night cruises out of Port Canaveral, I doubt the 7 night cruises will happen while the Magic is in Europe.

Prices will come out soon if they aren't already available. They have to be out before booking begins.

so where are the dates? it says you can book on the 28th. But when will we know what we can book?

Can someone post the link for the podcast I was at the dentist I missed it!!

WOW! And there I was, all set with my "phantom" 2010 reservation, just waiting to transfer to a "Dream" sailing! Now, I gotta decide between Alaksa, Panama Canal, repos, etc, too? Gee, what's a DISer girl to do???:wizard:

The Castaway Cay changes are supposed to be finished in April 2010. This came from one of the employees who lives on the island. He told me 2 weeks ago while we were there.

For those at work..... Island makeover at CC in 2010 --

2400 q ft floating waterslide -- Pelican Plunge, and new water play area... extend tram line througout the island!! Private beach cabanas.....

We knew about this about a month ago from the Orlando Sentinel.

He did not list that. It was only the standard ports for 2011 except for the Med.

I know he didn't list it, but when he started talking about CC the first photo that came up looked similar to some photos I've seen from Tortola. It stayed up for maybe ten seconds and he said something like, "oops, how did that get in there?" or something like that then the photo of the ship docked at CC came up and he went on to talking about the changes on the island. I didn't record it, so I can't go back and rewatch.
