The article that was released a couple weeks ago said that CC will be completed June 2010 in time for the DD 5 day cruises.

FIVE REPOSITIONS IN 2011!

The Wonder will go from Port Canaveral to Long Beach.
Later it has repos from Long Beach to Vancouver and back.

And the Magic will have repos from Port Canaveral to (I would guess) Barcelona!

Now I am really frustrated because I can't make up my mind - do I want to be on the Long Beach to Vancouver repo, or a late August cruise to Alaska???

I'm confussed...didnt he say that the Magic would be sailing out of Vancouver? Not Ca.? And what about the Dream? will that be after all doing the Wonders Itinerary?

so do we do Alaska or a BTB on the new ship? And when will they give us the prices for all the ships including the Dream?

Set sail for the unspoiled natural wonder that is Alaska, on cruises that include stops in historic Skagway, picturesque Juneau and scenic Ketchikan, among other ports of call. Cruises to this region will be available to book on September 28, 2009.

Perfect. 2011 is DH's 50th birthday and we were planning on an Alaska cruise to celebrate. Looks like we'll be able to celebrate with the mouse!!!

No, the Magic is staying in FL in 2011 and will go to the Med that summer. The Wonder is going to do the MR and Alaskan cruises.

I live 20 mins from Vancouver and am pretty excited the ship will be in my 'backyard', but I don't have a strong desire to go to Alaska - I would much rather spend my vacation money seeing stuff I don't normally get to see - warm sandy beaches or even Europe!
I am sure we will go the day the ship comes into port for the first time for the 'welcome party' though! That will land on my DD's birthday!
