QOTD: Is anyone doing any weight loss or exercise plans to build up endurance prior to walking a million miles a day at the parks?
I am! I HAVE to drop this baby weight! As the nutritional provider for my LO I wasn't supposed to diet (he has had a hard time gaining weight) but he's weaning and Momma is cuttin' back those calories!
We're also taking daily walks to the park (a mile away) and back. Yesterday was our first day of real heat -85!- and my kids did surprisingly well. Just made them sleepy!
It's only been 2 weeks and I can already see a difference. I think I'll be set by August... And then I'll ruin everything with Disney Dining.
