    Kona Cafe OR Ohana breakfast...

O'hana. We have had both and Kona breakfast was very underwhelming. Maybe we had a bad experience....dinner there was great, but our breakfast was awful. But no one had the tonga toast, so maybe it's that good. Our food at o'hana breakfast was hot, plentiful and easy, and our server was...

French Fries at BOG for kids

Hmmm. the customer service rep who called me said otherwise and agreed with me. The letter I sent was very long and except this incident, everything on it was positive and praise, I am not just being a *****. No, she didn't give alternatives. saying 'he can't have them' is not giving...

French Fries at BOG for kids

we were on the DxDDP. She did not offer to SELL us fries, she simply kept reiterating that he couldn't have them. Like LITERALLY. Every other restaurant at Disney has been happy to sub out fries if they had them in the place, for some reason this one would not. I really don't care if it was just...

I Will NEVER Eat At _______ In WDW Again!!

it was dinner. my son has autism and his diet is extremely limited. he refuses all meat, and most fruit and veggies. He does eat fries though ( although refuses mashed, texture issue I guess, he's non verbal). That's why it pissed me off so bad, he wouldn't eat their kid offerings and they...

    Sanaa whats your favorite dish

my lamb vindaloo and durban chicken were spicy, but when I asked her about kicking it up a notch, she brought me out a VERY spicy chili paste type sauce and told me to use it with discretion. . . .so if it's not hot enough for you, that can be remedied. ;)

French Fries at BOG for kids

they refused my DS (7) fries. . . .even the adult fries. Said the adults could have them, but DS could not. But he could have cold whole wheat pasta swimming in congealing melted butter (he doesn't eat tomato sauce). Sounds appetizing, no? They DID hear from me about this and the customer...

I Will NEVER Eat At _______ In WDW Again!!

Pizza planet - we are NEVER going back into that noisy, crowded pit of awful food. When my kids won't even eat the pizza, it HAS to be bad. BoG- poor service, mediocre food and while every other restaurant we've encountered at disney will let kids have fries if they have them, BoG said no...

    Sanaa whats your favorite dish

My favorite dish was a duo of the chicken durban and the lamb vindaloo with basmati rice. .. I'd give anything to know how they made that rice. delicious! not quite as spicy as I would have liked, but I'm a pretty adventurous eater.

    T-Rex for birthday meal?

Keep in mind it is incredibly loud in there. we went in January and it was a stark. raving. circus. :scared1: the place was jammed, they 'lost' our reservations until I lost my temper, then they miraculously found it again. We went because we thought our kids (8 and 9) would like it...

    Perfectly Princess Tea Party

I took my daughter in nov '11. It was a lovely experience. It will make any little girl feel very special. . . although I wouldn't take a child 2 years old or younger, the few I saw that were very young didn't seem to follow (or care) what was going on.

    The Garden Grill

eh, we had a meh experience. Best part of the meal was salad and rolls. they were very stingy with children's portions and took a long time to get them more. The turkey we got was disgusting, it was so salty we could not eat it and the 'dressing' was very dry and just not good. The beef was...

    Ohana

We went for dinner one night and we LOVED it. My kids would not eat the food offered and I asked if they could have some mac n cheese instead and our server said 'this is disney, they can have whatever they want'. . . and that my friends is a disney answer. He got my children mac n cheese why my...

Princess dress at Be Our Guest?

Little girls can wear their princess dresses anywhere they please as far as I know.. . and have seen. If she's going to wear the dress in the park, bring sneakers or other comfortable shoes; those little plastic dress shoes can rub after a while.

    Tea party

I took my daughter when she was 8 and there was a two year old in there and the little girl did not care for the event, she squirmed and was bored. . . and in general did not seem thrilled to be there at all. I would take just your 6 year old . . .it's a LOVELY event, my daughter will be ten...

    Disappointed in Be Our Guest

Our experience was much the same, we loved the look of the place, but sat outside for 30+ minutes past our ressie time. Service and food were totally underwhelming. their idea of french onion soup is a joke for anyone who has actually HAD good french onion soup. Their kids menu, to be blunt...

Wow! I entirely underestimated ADRs-- it's May and I can't get what I want for Sept!

we booked a few days ago too, when FD came available. I was able to get pretty much what I wanted. . .for breakfast we have CP 2x Boma 2x Kouzzina 1x and O'hana 1x . . still need two more but don't know what to choose. We like to eat a little later, around 9 to 9:30 so we had no problem getting...

    Brown derby?

We ate there in January and we had a good meal there for the adults, not so much for the kids, they didn't like any of the child offerings. We both had the filet and it was excellent. The creme brulee was a bit sweet for my tastes ( I like the one at the french bakery in Epcot much better)...

    BOG or 'Ohana

We've eaten at both and we had a MUCH better time and were far happier with our food at O'hana. . service was much friendlier there too. BoG has a lovely decor, and it was nice meeting beast. . . but we had a much better time at O'hana. Our next trip, we are going back to O'hana. Breakfast and...
