An excursion through DCL probably lists an earlier time since you will all meet somewhere on the ship, like a theater. You have to tender in grand cayman so i imagine they want to keep all the dcl excursion people together.

I have been freezing beyond belief in MDRs on RCCL but fine in short sleeves on the Magic. We leave on the Fantasy soon. I know everyone is different, but how cold have you felt the MDRs, theaters, etc. are on the Fantasy?

We sail 8/3 on the Fantasy and have been told our movies will be: Muppets Odd Life of Timothy Green Brave (I think she said 2D and 3D) Oz, the Great and Powerful The Lone Ranger Finding Nemo 3D Iron Man Lincoln Monsters University The Avengers AND the Premier of Planes on August 9!

We do road trips to visit family (and stop by local attractions...Washington DC, Williamsburg, VA, etc,), out to Montauk (Long Island) but we visit family there too, etc. Our kids are young so cruising is very easy along with short overnights (Sesame Place, Dutch Wonderland, etc.).

Either Disney transportation or rent a car with carseats. Price it out and see what seems cheaper/easier. You could also hire a driver.

Ours only slept 3 when we went last year. Our children are young though so we listed one in a family member's room. Then she slept with us in a pack and play crib (we had them take the coffee table out). There was no upper berth.

Yes, Planes in Disney. We have been told it will play on the Fantasy when it is released on 8/9. We are on the ship that week and will get to see it!
