Does anyone know if there is any type of discount, either admission or hotels, offered to Disneyland AP at WDW? Also, is they 3 day play ticket exclusively for Florida residents? Just asking, because I am a Southern California AP, even though I live in Colorado! Thanks, :cool1:

    Redeye Flights

Most people think taking a red eye means less passengers, more room etc.... As a flight attendant, I have to tell you most red eyes are full, therefore there are no empty seats. If your kids can sleepon flights, you are fine, however, I know at least one of my kids will not sleep, so she is...

Ok, how much is 50lbs of luggage, really?

OK everyone- for those who are wondering- 50 pounds MEANS 50 pounds. I work for a major airlines, and the employees that travel will be charged if their checked in luggage exceeds 50 pounds. That is PER BAG, PER PASSENGER> Weigh it before you leave. If you are uncertain, have an extra bag...

    airport question?

Without a doubt ( unless it's too expensive):D fly into SNA (orange County). It only took me 15 minutes to get from Disneyland to the airport, and it's an easy airport to manuever. Last year we flew into San Diego, spent a week there, then drove to Anaheim ( less than 2 hours) and a couple...

    Should I cancel? HELP!!!!

I wouldn't worry. I have a Southern California Annual Passport that blocks out the high admission days, and it looks like the bad time to go ( as far as high admission) would be April 11-26th. My children's school break is the same time as yours, however we are in Colorado, and most people go...

Need Your Help About This One...

Captain Bram- Most of the hotels do offer an interline discount. The WestCoast right near the park has offered a really great rate, and it's so close. The farther offsite you go, the better the discount. I also have gotten a discount at the DL hotel, but it was last minute. Good luck!

Anyone used Orbitz or Expedia for hotel room??

I have had better luck directly calling the hotels and/or going online thru their national websites and checking on the AAA rate. I have booked once thru Expedia, and the room I got was a DUMP- of course it looked like the Taj Mahal online!!LOL! Couldn't get out of the room, cuz I had already...

Need Transportation Help from San Diego to Disneyland - won't have car - PLEASE!!

If you can, I think renting a car would be the most economical and easy way to do it. I have rented cars in San Diego, and then returned them at John Wayne Airport in Santa Ana ( Orange County). It was actually cheaper for me to do it that way than return the car to San Diego!! The car return at...

    3 year old on airplane

I apolgize for any wrong info I might have given What I was referring to was the 5 point harness: Unapproved Chikd Restraint System FAR 121.311 " The FAA does not allow booster seats, vest-type restraing devices, or lap-held child restraints to be used onboard during taxi, takeoff, or...

    3 year old on airplane

Check your carseat to make sure it is approved for aircraft use ( should say so on the back). If you find the car seat doesn't fit so well, put the heel of your hand in the carseat, and push back into the seat. Also, sometimes the armrest will come up, if your carseat is a little wide. I have...

    Aladdin Show

Make sure you see the Aladdin show at the Hyperion Theatre in California Adventure. It is AWESOME!!!! It is about 40 minutes long. As soon as you get in the park, head for Hollywood, and try to get a ticket to the show- they go fast!! You can't use the FASTPASS for them. Don't miss it...

    3 year old on airplane

Consider the airplane like a car. If you use a carseat ( which I am sure you do ), use it on the plane as well. Reasons being: 1) It is ALWAYS safer for a child to be in a carseat on the plane. 2) You will probably need a carseat when you get off the plane to get to your final destination. 3)...

Inspired by CB thread: What is your favorite commercial aircraft?

Triple 7's ( Boeing 777) are the best! Followed by 747's. Can't stand the 727's. Could possibly go deaf on them! They are being phased out do the the noise factor anyway. 737's too cramped. 767 and 757 are ok. Airbus 320 and 319 are ok- like the wider aisle, however they make weird popping...

    Disneyland Questions, please help.

AmEx used to offer a 10% discount on some of the restaurants at DL. They do not anymore, as they are no longer the offical card of Disneyland. If you have an Annual passport, you do get discounts- they vary according to which type of passport you hold. I don't think you will receive any discount...

Anyone done the birthday at Plaza Inn?

Saw it, but didn't do it! It looked like a lot of fun! They had individual Bday cakes, and crew members with special B-day cake shaped costumes on.

    Disneyland Questions, please help.

Just got back from DL. There are no more discounts with AmEx- the offical credit card is now Visa. However, you do get 10% off some restaurants with your AP. Check out the Bday party info at the Plaza Inn at DL. It looked like there were quite a few tables where 4-5 people were celebrating, and...

    Space Question

Just got back lastnight. Had a blast. Yep, the seats fit 2 across. IDEA: My just turned 5 year, was scared of this ride- boy how sisters are different! LOL! Anyway, if your daughter has any doubt about this ride, I would recommend doing it last. We did this first, and the rest of the day my 5...

    Space Question

My just- turned 4 yr old LOVED Space Mountain, as well as the Matterhorn. We went at a really slow time, and we were allowed to go many times in a row. I think the scariest part of Space Mountain for her was the long walk to get to the actual ride.

    Disneyland Questions, please help.

I bought the Southern California annual passport in Nov 2002, and I don't even live In Ca!! They let me upgrade my one day ticket to the passport. Great deal. I kept telling them that I don't live in CA, and they said it was fine. Almost all the summer months are blocked out, and at least almost...
