Discount for Disneyland AP at WDW?

Does anyone know if there is any type of discount, either admission or hotels, offered to Disneyland AP at WDW?
Also, is they 3 day play ticket exclusively for Florida residents? Just asking, because I am a Southern California AP, even though I live in Colorado!
