The earliest reservation they'll accept is the same time the park opens (I.e., park opens at 9am; earliest reservation you can make is 9am.

I don't know their breakfast hours, but we had breakfast there last Saturday around 9:00am and were seated right away without reservations. The food is good. Expensive, but good. $6 for a bowl of cereal :faint:

Once you give the person organizing your photpass group, your photopass number and they enter it, you should be able to view your pics (as long as you have their ID & password)
