Disney Park Hopper Specials

Anyone remember what Spring specials Disney runs on their 3 day park hopper tickets? I know it's usually adults pay kids price. My question is, Do you pay the kids published price? If that's the case then I'm better off buying the tickets now at $20 off the gate price. Just trying to figure out which way is the best way to buy them. I'm going in Late March if that matters.

Might I recommend buying your tickets from our front desk at our hotel ;) Prices can be found at http://www.comfortinnmaingate.com/disneyland-tickets.shtml

You would save $35 off the gate prices per ticket and there's no catch.

I set the prices low in order to compete with guys like AresTravel.com and no one else on our block that I know of sells their tickets that low.

The Spring promotion for DLR is "Buy 3 days, get 2 free". So, you get a 5-day hopper for hte price of a 3-day hopper. These are already being sold through the DLR website, as well as other places like getawaytoday and ares travel.

Sounds good are these tickets the ones that include one day of early entry? I don't need all the extra stuff just the one early entry. Do I just show up at the hotel to buy the ticket or can I order them from the mail?

Jeffersonkim-While I'm talking to you I'm thinking of sending a friend of mine to your hotel. She needs easy accomodations. Is there some kind of package you run that includes transportation to Legoland and to and from the airport. She want to go with a group package but I'm trying to convince her to do it on her own. I usually stay at the Desert Inn..but being that you're on the DIS I'm willing to send her business your way.

You can tell by the address
Comfort Inn Maingate
2171 South Harbor Boulevard

that this place is far from the entrance to DL, Desert Inn is very very close to the DL entrance. See this map,

Thanks I'm not deserting my beloved Desert Inn...but they don't really cater to transportation of guest. My friend is hesitant to drive so if this Comfort Inn can help her I'll tell her to stay there.

If your Guest stays at Desert Inn there is no driving!! It is so near the DL entrance you can spit and it will hit the entrance! What more do you want?? Desert Inn is at 1600 Harbor Blvd, 2117 S Harbor Blvd, is 5 blocks away from the Disneyland entrance?

If you want cheaper tickets buy from AAA.

Umm, Tink, I think Ikohawaii's friend wants transportation to Legoland and r/t to the airport.

My friend needs transportation r/t from an airport and down to Legoland. I on the other hand need tickets to DL. I'm set in my ways and will stay at Desert Inn. My friend is willing to stay down the street (yes no matter how far) if Transportion will be easier. Each person has their own priorities I guess.:confused3

The 3 day, 4 day, & 5 day tickets come with one early entry. You'll have to come in to the front desk and buy it there. It saves on the "processing" fees a lot of other companies charge.

I updated the info on our site: http://www.comfortinnmaingate.com/disneyland-tickets.shtml

Thanks for considering us :)

We don't offer any sort of packages, but www.viptoursandcharters.com picks up from our hotel and can drive your friend to the airport and legoland. I think their fees are around $45/adult, $30/child. But their number is 800.750.8114

We're not within Disneyland walking distance, and instead have a 5-10 minute shuttle ride through the Anaheim Resort Transit system. That costs $3/person/day, and children 9 and under go free.

I tried doing packages for a little bit, but they became too confusing as there were so many options and preferences (kids versus adults, # of days, weekends or weekday, etc). . . so instead I opted for just making each individual piece lower in price and let people customize their own packages. For example, I cut the Disneyland Ticket prices to be cheaper than any authorized dealers online, and implemented a "Manager's Special" at http://www.comfortinnmaingate.com/cheap-hotels-anaheim.shtml
that offers 20% off our normal rates until December 20th.

It can get very confusing and tedious, so packages are great in simplifying the process, but I'm not so convinced that they actually offer the best "deal."

Thanks Jeffersonkim..these are the tickets I'm looking for. Does your hotel ever run out of these tickets? If not I'll be by to pick some up.

I'll also pass along the info to my friend. Like I said for her the transportation from the hotel is more important than the location. So, in this case your location may work for her. Thanks.

We're good about keeping our tickets in stock ;)

Currently we don't have any 5 day tickets. Do people actually buy those?

I just added a candid video tour of our property. They can be found on our website: http://www.comfortinnmaingate.com
and our kid's suite walk through is at http://www.comfortinnmaingate.com/kids-suites.shtml

Every trip before this I've always bought 5 day hoppers...but then again I'm a Disney fanatic. This trip is just a quick Disney fix..and I'm going 3 days. Good thinking to put the early entry onto the park tickets. That's a big perk for me.
