Is there an annual list some where?
My brother and I were on the phone the other day, we brought up an elderly aunt who always gives us the most bizarre gifts known to man.

Last year, I got a industrial size box of Lever soap!! :goodvibes
Older brother received a 55 gallon drum of dog shampoo. He doesn't have any pets.

So, in the spirit of the Holidays and FUN!!! What's the gift you got that made you laugh.

Can anyone sing the Chia pet song? :lmao:

The weirdest gift I ever recieved was a tub of Mentos from my work gift exchange.

See, Jeafl 's annual Christmas gift thread.

I once received a massive amount of Swiss Cake Rolls. My DH (then BF) knew I loved them and got me enough boxes to make a good 1.5x1.5x2 foot mass, all taped together. Unfortunately, I had so many of them I sort of lost my taste and haven't eaten any since.

A rock from my mother in law's front yard. She had taken a sharpie pen and drawn a face on it. It was the only gift received and she went on and on about how much fun she had drawing the face.

My list over the years could rival Jeafl's. The rock is just the one at the top of the list.

When I was 7yo my Pepere gave me for Christmas an Avacado Green PADDED Toilet Seat!!!.........My Mem and Pep were old money too, but we always got the oddest gifts, lol!

i got a bar of soap once from my parents when i was like 14...

Christmas was never the same for me from then on...

:scared:

A vibrator. From the MIL. (actually gave it to my DH)

The line for runner's up forms to the left......

My sil gave me snow boots one year they fit perfect :goodvibes the problem? We had orders to move to San Antonio, Texas. :rotfl2:

Wow, I feel left out; my strangest gift was a chrome paper towel holder to go in my country-style kitchen. Seems boring compared to these! :lmao:

My dear SIL gave me a used candle a few years ago. I liked it sooo much, that I gave her one just like it for her birthday.

Earwax candles from my sister. Put one end in your ear and light the other...supposed to get the wax flowing:lmao::confused3

I mentioned this on another thread, but my DH got "Oops" underwear from his aunt for Christmas once. THey actually had the little hole in front sewed closed or one leg hole was bigger than the other...weird----who knows where she got it? :confused3

We just looked at one another with OH MY GOD eyes. Until I started to laugh. Thething is she hates me so I can't imagine her giving it with THAT in mind. Now on the otherhand, I can't imagine just what she was thinking. Oh my. Good time's at Green Tea's inlaws. Good times.

Another year I had hoped for a booster seat bc ds was getting big for the regular seat. I got a slicky top fit for a hooker.

Im excited for Christmas atthe IL's this year :)

My principal had a grown son who was into animals and their natural habitats. So one year she gave me a box of Christmas ornament made of pressed animal poop :confused3 it was some kind of awareness fund raiser item. I couldn't imagine hanging them on the tree in a warm house.:lmao:

Do you mean cookie cutter pressed?

This goes beyond anything I can comprehend, visually!

I am shocked GreenTea's MIL gave her "that" for Christmas. How I wish I could have gone through the MIL's thought process on getting that gift.
