It's been a long time since I've been to Disney and I am just curious what the best deserts are? I'd like to know ones for snacks, cs, and ts. Anything with chocolate is an added bonus!!! :lmao:

When I was a kid, the only thing we got for a snack was the Mickey ice cream bars. I am hoping to expand my desert repetoire this time. (As my husband says, "do everything this time that I wasn't allowed to the other times!) THANKS!!! :thumbsup2

Hi
The chocolate wave at the Coral Reef was the best dessert I had in December. Also, the bread pudding at O'hana is delicious. My DD loves the Dole whip in the MK. These are just a few of them.:goodvibes

I second the Chocolate Wave AND the Ohana bread pudding.
Also - plain old fashioned ice cream on Main Street is a nice treat too!

I am excited to try the chocolate wave. I am making an adr at Coral Reef for that very purpose (shh, my husband thinks it's for the "amazing" view). :rolleyes1

I vote for the chocolate wave too. That is the BEST desert that I have ever had anywhere, and since you like chocolate....you should definately try. Also, while in Epcot, you should go into the French bakery, I always get the chocolate mousse that is excellent and my kids and DH get either the chocolate eclairs or elephant ears. I too love the Dole Whips at the MK, that to me is like strolling down memory lane....I cannot wait until June:woohoo:

Is the hand-made ice cream sandwich at the Ice cream shop in MK on the DDP? (something tells me that the price tag on that one is going to be just barely above $4, just so I can pay for it OOP on the 3 days that I'm in MK. They make these at ASMO's food court as well, right?popcorn::

My favorite dessert is the S'More at 50's Prime Time. Yummy! Plenty big to share, too. I also really enjoyed my ice cream sandwich made with fresh chocolate chip cookies from the Main Street Bakery at MK.

My girlfriend and I split the ice cream sandwich it was so big. We did use a counter service credit for it. We each took a cookie and spooned some of the ice cream on each half. It was great. I never stayed at ASMO's so I don't know.:thumbsup2

This is cheesy, but I can't do a Disney trip without a Nestle Ice Cream Cookie Sandwich at any of the ice cream carts. The chocolate cake at Tusker House is also pretty yummy!

The Yachtsman Steakhouse has our very favorite "dessert sampler." It is a small version of five of their top desserts. . .key lime pie, creme brulee, raspberry sorbet, a divine chocolate cake and one other cake that I do not really remember except that it was yummy!! It is all served on an artist palette plate with a white/dark chocolate swirled stick. We like it because you get to try the best of everything! Definitely for two though!!

Have fun dessert hunting!

I love everything that has been posted. I will add:

School bread-Norway

Strawberry Swirl--Enchanted at MK
