Two names you do not hear very often in children these days, Margaret is usually nickname Maggie, or Meg. I know no Rogers under 50.

Mom's 78 and her name is Geraldine -- goes by Gerry. She's always HATED her name. It's not even a family name -- no idea where my grandparents got it from.

Dad's turning 80 -- Clifford, but goes by his middle name because his father was also Clifford.

Now I also have a great aunt Thelma and Pearl (sisters). My grandmothers names were Buna and Louise. Grandfathers were Garland and Charles. Got a couple of doozies in there lol.

nice to see all the Margarets here, we named our first child Margaret.

My mom is Patricia. While I would have gone by Trixie with her name, she goes by Patty. Her nickname doesn't even have an i at the end, which I would have written with a little heart above.
