Think of your favorite soups. Maybe you love chicken noodle, minestrone, and clam chowder. But if you are a vegetarian or vegan, chances are, you can't eat those any more.
This post has me totally confused
For the record I am vegan and so is minestrone.

I tried a new soup recipe a few weeks ago. Cheeseburger Soup, it got pretty good reviews that night, but the next day it was fabulous!! It was pretty simple and I got the recipe from pinterest.
I also like the Bear creek soup mixes, all are really good, and a quick fix meal.
Our new family favorite is homemade toscana soup. Soooo good! And the cayenne is just perfect for a -4 degree day! Now I need to stop at the grocery store on the way home.![]()
Here is the recipe for the soup. I just use orzo as I like the texture better in the soup but using broken spaghetti is good too.

This sounds great! I was going to make stuffed peppers tonight but thinking about this soup now instead. If I make it I'll sub TVP for the meat and roast the peppers first. My DH hates "pepper skins" so roasting them first gives them a nice flavour and removes the skins. I may just throw in some black beans and corn as well since I have the beans soaking right now for the stuffed peppers. I know I am tweaking the recipe alot but thanks for the idea and baseSTUFFED PEPPER SOUP
1 onion diced
2-3 cloves of garlic crushed
Salt and pepper
Sautée in olive oil until onion is translucent
Brown 1 lb hamburg or ground turkey
Add 1 red pepper, 1 yellow pepper and 1 green pepper cut into bite size pieces
Add 1 8 oz diced tomatoes
Let simmer
Add 4 cups of beef or chicken broth and 1 cup of uncooked brown rice
Cook for 1 hour.
You may have to add more broth if the rice absorbs some of the liquid.
