Hey guys!

Hubby and I are celebrating our 10th Anniversary at WDW (4 night cruise on the Dream, followed by 5 days at the Poly!)

I would love your favorite dessert recommendations for each park (and if you’ve got something you love at a resort, send it my way too).

I’m always looking forward to trying new treats. Last year I finally got to taste the bread pudding at ‘Ohana, and I was not disappointed!

Congratulations! Hope you have a marvelous anniversary trip

I am simple. Just take me to Germany and buy me one of everything in the caramel store. That's it. One if everything. Oh and let me drool for awhile as they make yummy new things

I would also like a carrot cake cookie please.

Desserts are fabulous at WDW. Some of my favorites besides the wonderful bread pudding at Ohana:

Bailey’s mousse at Coral Reef
Creme brûlée at Chefs de France
Ger’s bread pudding at Raglan Road
Fresh crepes and ice cream from the crepe kiosk in France

I am simply going to give you an A+ for knowing the difference between "desert" and "dessert."

(aka, "dessert has two s because you'll want more than one!")

In the Parks, besides Mickey Bars (yes, the ears do taste better):
Magic Kingdom - Dole Whips @ Aloha Isle are a fan-favorite. Waffles at Sleepy Hollow. Plaza for an ice cream on Main Street, USA - watching the fireworks.
Epcot - France - for either ice cream, pastry, and/or Champagne.
Animal Kingdom - Tamu Tamu - Dole Whip & Waffles
Hollywood Studios - milkshakes at Sci-Fi or Prime Time (PB&J is the fan favorite). Margarita's to-go from Prime Time!

Dessert Parties: There are a few Dessert Parties scattered throughout the Parks. Some include 'special access' to fireworks, etc.

Resorts:
Shula's - Chocolate Souffle (best dessert at Disney)
California Grill - any dessert & then enjoy the fireworks.

Disney Springs (now we're talking):
Vivoli il Gelato - excellent gelato.
Genachery - hand-made chocolates.
Sprinkles - cupcakes.
Amorette - pastries (including Disney-inspired).
Ghirardelli - decadent chocolate ice cream with marvelously fresh whipped cream.

A few of our favs.....

MK - Dole Whip Upside Downcake, Cinnamon Roll (Gastons), Ooey Gooey Toffee Cake (Liberty Tree Tavern), and Kungaloosh (Skippers Canteen)
Epcot - School bread (Norway) and Cronut (Refreshment Port)
AK - Not a ton of options here, but love the Cream Cheese Wontons at Yak n Yeti
MGM - Carrot Cake Cookie (Starring Rolls)

Every trip, we always get: Dole whips, ice cream at Ghirardelli, and the Chocolate and Peanutbutter cake at the 50's cafe.

LOL, thank you! It’s one of my pet peeves, so I try to stay on top of spelling. (I’ve now almost guaranteed there will be a spelling error somewhere in this post).

I’m so excited to try ALL THE THINGS!

Wow, lots of good options. I seriously do not think you can go wrong at Les Halles in France at Epcot, but if you love chocolate, go for the Duo au Chocolat there.

Via Napoli is always a must-do for me and I love their Tiramisu.

Hollywood Brown Derby does a dessert trio where you choose 3 mini-desserts from a list of 6. You could each order a trio and try everything! My 3 favorite choices are gone now, but the 3 new choices sound yummy, too.

And definitely go to Ample Hills Creamery at the Boardwalk and try an ice cream flight where you can share six different flavors of your choice of ice cream. Going as a solo, i haven't tackled the flight, but I'll give a big :thumbsup2 to their "Baked/Unbaked!"

Have a wonderful time!

zebra domes at Boma and Mara / AKL
trifle at Garden View Tea / GF
kakigori (snow cone) from stand at Japan / Epcot
seasonal cupcake at Contempo Cafe / CR

Thanks guys I think I just gained 5 pounds from reading these answers (LOL).

Almond crusted cheesecake at Narcoossee's (MK area)
Fried Wontons at Yak and Yeti (AK)

We are not huge dessert eaters but I always have to get ice cream in France at Epcot, Grapefruit cake at Hollywood Brown Derby (an actual slice of the cake is no longer on the menu but is a part of the trio, you can ask for a whole slice inside)
