"You Guys Are Cast Members... Right?" - A December 2011 TR

Wow! I just found your trip report and read it all. You are doing a wonderful job :) I got the pink mickey tshirt also. I LOVE it. It is my favorite wardrobe piece. That stinks getting sick at the parks. Hope you got back to feeling better quick!!
The first time I took my BF to disney he got sick at HS too. We watched the parade and he couldn't wait any longer either. Unfortunately for him their were tons of cheerleaders in the park that day and he had to walk through them after coming out of the bathroom. He was not thrilled. :rotfl:

UUggghhh. Sorry that you were sick! Sometimes a girl needs her brownie sundae whether it's a good idea or not.

It is a cute parade, I love all those Pixar characters.

I'm sensing some drama about to unfold..... You didn't have your ticket? Crap!

Aww, thank you. Hahah ain't it the truth??

Definitely cute! It was awesome to see characters you don't see very often, especially Emile and Remy from Ratatouille! I love them, and I feel like they're the only characters in this parade you can't meet anywhere else!

Haha yeah... dun dun dun.

Oh no...I hate when stomach issues get in the way at Disney. I have a very sensitive stomach too. I can't have anything too acidic, not to much dairy, very little fried food, and no pop or anything really super sweet. Sometimes though I just neeed to have it and then end up feeling gross afterwards! I hope you get better throughout your day!!!

A few weeks ago when I was in Disney, a lot of people thought I was a CM too! It must be our age and our wise wisdom of Disney :)

Glad we are following each other on twitter!! Looking forward to reading more!!!!

Oh man, I'm sorry! So you have to be extra careful, huh? That stinks!

AHH REALLY? That's awesome!! YES, you're totally right. There is simply no other explanation. :rotfl:

Me too! I'm so glad I figured out it was you hahaha!

Oh ..... total bummer that you were sick. That is really horrible. I hope you found your ticket and if not, I am sure they were able to print up put another .....

I hope you got to feeling better .....

Thank you! It definitely wasn't ideal, haha.

Okay, mega wompwomp that you ended up getting sick. That is NEVER fun to be sick in Disney World. :(

Definitely not. :( Hahaha, live and learn.

That parade looks fun, though Mr. Potato Head is looking a little unwell. :rotfl: That made me laugh out loud, no lie.

Seriously though! That baffles me.

I wish I could see the characters from Ratatouille! Maybe we'll watch that parade during our next trip!

I KNOW! I LOVE that they're in that parade because as I said above (I don't expect you to know this/read my replies to other people, but just incase you do hahah) they're like the only Pixar characters you can't meet! Well, besides the Nemo gang and Wall-E but that's for obvious reasons haha. Anyways, yes, you should totally see the parade! It's pretty cute, not very long at all, has a lot of your favorite characters, and is rarely too crowded!

Aaaand this update ends on a bad note, sooo I hope you find your ticket or can at least get it replaced! Talk about a cliffhanger!

Aww, boo. I'm sorry! I was going for the cliff-hanger!!! I try to steer clear of negativity hahah.

Nice pictures of time in Hollywood. Too bad you weren't feeling well.

I am doing a Toy Story theme in my classroom next year. If I could only borrow that float........ I might be able to really get the kids' attention!

Hmm... maybe they'll let you borrow 'the spare' float?? (If there is such a thing hahah). I'm sure it would fit perfectly in your classroom. :rotfl:

Oh no!!! I'm sorry to hear you got sick! I'd say I hope you felt better soon, but that foreshadowing is making me thing otherwise...

Ahhh your ticket!!! I hope it was just temporarily hiding in a pocket or something!

Aw thanks! Hahah well... you may be on to something... :faint:

I find it weird that those things are called "busts". I prefer the term "Head Statue". Yes, so much better!

I'm sorry you were sick. I don't blame you at all for eating the sundae, though! I often go overboard on Disney food so I understand. At least you still enjoyed that parade. I loved it too!

:lmao: I KNOW! I've always wondered where the name 'bust' came from! BUST IT.

Ahh I know, hahah, the things we do to ourselves at Disney... but I have learned my lesson! I did enjoy the parade, it was too cute!

Such a bummer you got sick after eating all that yummy food! Oh well, you know I got sick in the middle of the night my last trip from mixing too many different types of alcohol (at least thats what I think it was).

I hope you recover FAST, but the missing party ticket has me a little concerned!

I know! Oh gosh, I remember. I guess that was it, since nobody else was sick! This was definitely all my fault though ahha. I should have seen it coming.

Thanks! Oh goodness, that party ticket... don't worry, I won't leave yall hanging too long hahaha!

Oh No!:( I hate to hear anyone getting sick at Disney. I hope it was a one time thing.

Please don't have lost your tickets!!:worried:

I know! :( It's definitely not what I wanted to happen, but it was completely my fault! Hahha oh the ticket... definitely not something you want to lose!

YAY for a good parade spot! :thumbsup2 Nothing like watching with ol' Walt himself. Well, at least his bust.

It was awesome! It's like the spots were just waiting for us. THANK YOU WALT. (He obviously had something to do with it.)

HAHA WHAT. This parade is a mess, bless its heart. :lmao: Mr. Potato Head's eye is killing me. Come on Pixar pals, get it together!

HAHAHA I know!! They definitely need to get it together. I was just thankful I did not witness the beheading of Flik, but that eye on Mr. Potato Head... what in the world! :rotfl:

Oh no! I'm sorry to hear about your bubble guts. :( I do that all the time- jalapeno peppers tear me up, but I just can't stop eating them. It's awful, but worth it at the same time. When will we learn, girl?

HAHAHAHAHA, BUBBLE GUTS?? What on earth! I've never heard that before! Even so, thank you! Oh gosh... I think I've learned now! But I want you to remember... Please stand clear of the jalapenos!!

I hope you stayed all better, but your foreshadowing is hinting that you didn't. :worried:

Ick, yeah. Not my finest day at Disney, that is for sure.

Oh no, that's horrible! I have gotten sick in WDW before, but never in a park. I couldn't imagine what that felt like.

Aww, yeah, it definitely wasn't my favorite. I'm very glad that it wasn't something serious and it only happened a couple of times though!

Ok, I have to admit that I've been a serial lurker on this TR and therussells08 TR. I also have to admit that I laughed out loud at this portion of her comment for seriously 5 minutes :lmao: I have never heard such a hilarious way to refer to nausea!!! I mean, anything with the word "bubble" is instantly better in my opinion, so it sounds so much better that way!!

HI!!!! I'm so glad you're here! HAHAHA, feel free to de-lurk on both our TRs! HAHAHA I know right? That's so true. :thumbsup2

And I've also decided that if we were to ever end up at WDW at the same time, we would have a BLAST! ::yes:: It's rare to find someone who gets as excited about anything Disney as I do, and when I found the Dis, I was like "aaaaahhhhh, these are my people!!!", but reading about all your enthusiasm sounds EXACTLY like me. (I do have to say I was super lucky to marry someone who gets as excited as I do about these things, we are seriously 8 year-olds trapped in the bodies of 28 year-olds!)

So I'm super excited to read the rest of your TR, but super sad it doesn't sound like things are going well :worried:

Aww! I bet we would! When are you going next?? Seriously though, if you EVER see me at Disney, PLEASE feel free to come say hi! Oh I totally get it, I remember when I first found the DIS I was like... where has this board been hiding all my life and why am I JUST now finding it?! Aww, you are definitely lucky to be married to a fellow Disney lover! In all honesty, as of right now that's my number one goal. Future husband is required to love Disney and be willing to go AT LEAST once a year!

Thank you so much for joining! I hope I hear from you some more! And don't worry, there will only be a couple more 'aww bummer' updates hahaha. :thumbsup2

First off, great update! (even though, it sucks that you got sick at WDW :()

Secondly, you can't blame yourself for eating dessert; it's Disney World--people should blame themselves for NOT eating dessert! :rotfl:

Thanks girl! I know... I can't! But I do! I'm so conflicted hahaha.

But, I do hope that the "sickness"didn't last long for you! That has to be the worst- being sick at your favorite place in the world! (but I guess it beats being sick somewhere else!lol---sorry for my random sidenotes today! haha)

Also, I hope you found your party ticket!!! That's some scary stuff right there! Nice cliff hanger! haha:goodvibes

Thank you! It came back once, but the next day I was completely fine. (SPOILER ALERT... hahah not really.) No I totally agree! I was thinking about that while I was sick! I was thinking, "If I have to be sick AT ALL, at least I can walk out of the bathroom and be at Hollywood Studios." Hahah yes, that party ticket. Silly, silly me.

That is a bummer you got sick. :( I probably would've been panicking if I couldn't find the bathroom.

On the bright side, atleast you got to see the parade and watch the little Jedis. That always brings a smile to my face. They're too cute.

Uh oh, you couldn't find your party ticket?! That doesn't sound good but I'm guessing it turns out OK...(I hope so!).

Oh man, I could not figure out how to get into that bathroom for the life of me hahah. I was like, seriously? Good timing hahah.

DEFINITELY! I always have to look on the bright side. It was adorable! It was also the first time I'd ever seen that show, so I was excited!

Hahha, nope! Yeah, it turns out just fine! Just a little detour... :)

Yes I am. I currently work at GMR

That's awesome!

My 5 year old granddaughter has become infatuated with that ride, for some reason. She wants to ride it 2-3 times every time we go to Hollywood Studios. We'll be back down in six weeks. I'll have to keep my eye out for you, if you are still there, on one of our many turns.

Nothing wrong with that! :thumbsup2

It would be awesome if you found her, MeMom! :thumbsup2 I'll definitely be on the lookout this summer as well!

:rotfl:

HEY! I'm so glad you found me! Aw, thank you so much! It's always nice to hear that. YES, that pink Mickey shirt is awesome, I love it! Thank you! It definitely wasn't what I had in mind, but I just was trying to tell myself that it could be worse and not to let it get to me, ya know?
OH NO! Really?! That's too weird. Oh man... walking through a sea of cheerleaders would literally be the last thing I'd want to do after getting sick... or ever, you know, whatever. :rotfl:
Thank you SO SO SO SO much for reading my TR and commenting! It honestly means so much. I hope to hear from you again! :goodvibes

The One With An Unnecessary Bus Ride

December 16, 2011

There was no way I left my MVMCP ticket in the room. No way. I knew I packed it in my bag that morning and triple checked to make sure it was there! I mean after all, my motto in life is ‘a place for everything and everything in its place.’ Ew, wait. Why would that be anyone’s motto? If I’m going to have a motto, it needs to be good, like ‘live life to the fullest and remember Disney is awesome’ or something like that.

WHATEVER! My point is that I’m just a very organized person by nature. I make lists in my sleep. I knew well in advance that I’d need that ticket on that day, and there was no way I’d forgotten it! Except, apparently I had!

I decided to just head out of Hollywood Studios at that point. I needed my ticket, so I could just go back to Sports and get it. I was basically done with DHS at that point anyway. Apparently all it takes for me to actually want to leave a Disney park is to get sick in one. I was coming back in the morning anyway, so it was okay!

I sent a quick text to let everyone know what was happening, and made plans to meet back up at Magic Kingdom for the Christmas party!

I was just making my way to the park exit when a Cast Member approached me and asked me to take a survey. (Clearly, he knew that I was a DISer and that my opinion was of the greatest importance. Clearly.) Even though I was worried about my ticket, I agreed to take the survey. The CM took me to this random little room behind one of the stores on Hollywood Boulevard. There were basically a bunch of desks with MacBooks on them, and chairs. There were a few other guests taking the survey as well. I’m not gonna lie, that thing took forever! It was so specific and so long. Oh well, if they needed my input, I gave it to them. I hope it helped! :rotfl:

When I was finished I made my way out of the park and saw the sweatshirt I wanted again! I had to stop and get it, incase they ran out and I couldn’t find it later on!

ISN’T IT CUTE??? I LOVE IT! It’s so soft and comfortable!

SDC12574.jpg

That’s not the best picture, it’s a lot cuter in person. :)

So FINALLY I started heading towards the bus stops. This was the first (and only) time I had EVER seen all three All Star resorts sharing the same bus. There were a few families and one young couple waiting for the bus with me. We waited… and we waited… and we waited some more. We kept seeing busses come and go with all the resort names but ours. We also kept seeing busses that said “FLYNN RIDER” and “RAPUNZEL” on them. I still don’t understand what those busses are for! They didn’t stop for anyone either, they just kept going around the parking lot. :confused3:

The bus finally came and we all piled on. I realized I was carrying a lot of stuff, so I was glad to be able to drop it off in the room. I wanted to organize my stuff and figure out what I could leave in the room and what I wanted to take to the Christmas party. I pulled out my wallet to put away some receipts, and LO AND BEHOLD, I found my MVMCP ticket.

REALLY THOUGH.

You know how when you’re looking for something specific and you can’t find it right away, you start to panic? That’s what had happened to me. I had completely overlooked my wallet. Had I not been panicking, I would have looked there BEFORE leaving the park… oh me.

WELL! At least I hadn’t lost it! I KNEW I had packed it. I just probably should have remembered WHERE I packed it. I’m a genius.

So basically, as the bus stopped back at Sports, I hopped off, and literally hopped on to a Magic Kingdom bus. I didn’t even end up dropping anything off at the room. There was NO TIME TO WASTE!

MEANWHILE…

Back at Hollywood Studios, my friends had some nice meetings with characters!

Jealous! They also went to see the Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular. I’ve never seen that, so it would have been cool to see, but hey, it’s okay. I’m sure I’ll see it eventually.

The Christmas party officially starts at 7:00, but you can enter with your ticket starting at 4:00! (That’s a good thing to know if you happen to be going to the party on your arrival day, or if you aren’t getting park tickets for all your days! I know a lot of people use the morning and afternoon of party days to relax.)

I joined the very long line of excited party-goers and waited to get my ticket (THAT I HAD WITH ME) scanned. One CM scans the ticket, then another CM puts the bracelets on everyone’s wrists. It's a really quick and smooth process, for those of you who’ve never experienced it!

SDC12673.jpg

It’s probably obvious, but I took that AFTER I took the bracelet off. By the way, incase anyone is wondering, I think they alternate bracelet colors for the parties. I had a green one in 2010. Riveting stuff, am I right?

Party guests are sent into the park on the RIGHT side entrance. I won’t lie, this felt weird for me. I literally ALWAYS enter the Magic Kingdom on the left. Clearly it makes no difference which side of the train station you enter the park on, but it just felt weird to be seeing Town Square instead of City Hall. :lmao: IT’S OKAY. I KNOW I’M WEIRD.

I didn’t exactly know what to do, or how long it would be until the rest of my group arrived. I decided I’d go up to the train station and maybe ride a loop around the park! This may come as a shock to everyone in the world, but I have never ridden the train in the Magic Kingdom. Seriously, I don’t know either. When I got to the platform though, there were a ton of people and I decided not to ride after all. I went back outside and sat down at one of the tables at the train station. I thought it would be a nice way to wait for my group. I also wanted to take it easy for a while incase my sickness came back. It was really, really nice just sitting there and looking down Main Street USA, seeing the castle and the beautiful Christmas tree, and hearing the train whistle.

It was getting darker, so I decided to take some pictures! My camera can be a piece of work, so these aren’t the best pictures, but I still like them.

SDC12344.jpg

While I was waiting, the Move It! Shake It! Celebrate It! Parade went by, so I caught a little glimpse of it!

SDC12349.jpg

It’s extremely hard to tell, but that’s Lumiere on top of the float, and Woody is on the float as well! :thumbsup2 (Sadly, that’s the best picture I got from the parade. I gave up on the rest hahaha.)

SDC12350.jpg

SDC12352.jpg

All of the sudden, I heard the lively music that signaled the beginning of the castle lighting show!

I couldn’t see the characters or hear the dialogue perfectly from the train station, but I definitely had a nice view!

SDC12369.jpg

AHHH. Beautiful!

I decided to go wait in front of the Town Square Theater after that. People were starting to PILE in, and I didn’t want to miss my friends!

Continued in Next Update

Thanks for your TR, I've read just your posts over the past couple of days and am really enjoying it. I think it's awesome that a group of twenty-somethings are having an absolute blast at WDW.

Because I'm a teacher (high school music! the best job in the world!) I can only go at the busiest times so I am SUPER jealous that you guys have no waits and can get good spots for the parades and shows.

Looking forward to the rest of your TR!

Mmmm 50's Prime Time Cafe! I can't wait to go there on my next trip - I haven't been there since the first ever frump trip!

Ahh I'm so sorry that you were sick. Throwing up is one of my least favorite things in the WORLD/one of my biggest fears so it would have honestly ruined my day :worried: I can't handle it. It sounds like you were able to pick up and keep going though - I give you props!!

Hahaha omg I would have done THE EXACT same thing as you! I would have freaked out about my ticket. However, if my Mom was there she would have miraculously found it because, you know, Mom's have magical finding powers and they can find EVERYTHING. But if I was by myself... I would have had the same reaction as you. Except I would have been very mad at myself for going back to the hotel. I'm so proud of you for just picking up and continuing on again! You're such a strong Disney goer.

Yay for MVMCP!!!! I can't wait to hear about the rest of your night!

I'm glad you found your ticket so easily!! I guess you were just meant to head to MK then!

Can't wait to hear more about the party!

UGH I hate losing something (or thinking I've lost something), especially in Disney! I am actually really nervous about getting an AP and a TiW card, because that's all kind of stuff I'll have to keep up with! :worried:

I love your sweatshirt! :thumbsup2

I'm glad you found your MVMCP ticket, even though you ended up going on an unnecessary bus ride. It was a lovely scenic journey to your resort and back. Let's go with that. ;)

You're not weird, I'm the exact same way, only I always enter to the right! I don't think, in all the times I've been to MK, that I've ever entered to the left!

I love your pictures. It's so cool to see all the lights coming on! Beautiful! :goodvibes

Ugh, losing a ticket is like, one of my worst Disney fears...losing anything in Disney, really, but especially something like a party ticket. I'm glad you found it, but sorry about the unnecessary bus ride! :rotfl:

It's not weird to enter MK on one certain side, in fact, on this past trip, I purposely entered on the left because we always go in on the right, and I'm not gonna lie...it felt weird! :rotfl2:

Ahhh, MK is so beautiful, with all the Christmas decorations up! I can't wait to go back for the Holidays! :woohoo:

I knew you must have had your ticket. What ??? Never ridden the train ?? It is the perfect way to get around the park when your feet are killing you. Say you are riding Splash Mountain as your last ride in case you get wet. You hop on the train right there and ride it to the front of the park and leave. You don't have to fight the crowds. It is also just nice to ride it when you need a rest.

We missed the castle lighting last November. This is as must do for us this coming November. Can't wait to read more about the party.

Thank YOU! That means a lot! Aww, thanks! We definitely had an awesome time and we weren't ashamed to show it! I just adore that place.

OH! You should talk to my friend Amanda (from this TR), she's in school to be a music / chorus teacher as well! Aw, I'm sorry! Yeah, we got really lucky with the crowds! I hope someday you'll be able to experience that too, because it really is awesome. :)

I just want to thank you for reading and commenting! I'm so glad that you're enjoying and I hope you continue to as well. I hope to hear from you again!

Mmmm 50's Prime Time Cafe! I can't wait to go there on my next trip - I haven't been there since the first ever frump trip!

OOH are yall going?! How exciting! I LOVED that place. It was so much fun!

Ahh I'm so sorry that you were sick. Throwing up is one of my least favorite things in the WORLD/one of my biggest fears so it would have honestly ruined my day :worried: I can't handle it. It sounds like you were able to pick up and keep going though - I give you props!!

Is it really? Aw, that's sad! I agree though, it's so scary. Thank you so much! I really just tried not to let it get to me, because I wasn't gonna let anything ruin the trip!

Hahaha omg I would have done THE EXACT same thing as you! I would have freaked out about my ticket. However, if my Mom was there she would have miraculously found it because, you know, Mom's have magical finding powers and they can find EVERYTHING. But if I was by myself... Yay for MVMCP!!!! I can't wait to hear about the rest of your night!

OMG, seriously. Hahha that's so true! I'm sure if someone had been there with me they would have helped me look and we would have found it, but it was just an odd situation and as soon as I couldn't find it at first, I was just convinced it was nowhere hahah. Oh me. Aw, thanks girl! I try hahah. :goodvibes

I'm glad you found your ticket so easily!! I guess you were just meant to head to MK then!

Can't wait to hear more about the party!

Me too! Yeah, I think you're right! I guess I just really needed to get out of DHS and that was the way it was going to happen!

UGH I hate losing something (or thinking I've lost something), especially in Disney! I am actually really nervous about getting an AP and a TiW card, because that's all kind of stuff I'll have to keep up with! :worried:

I love your sweatshirt! :thumbsup2

ME TOO. Especially because I very rarely lose things and of all things, it was the dang party ticket! :rotfl: OH girl, you'll be fine! Just keep it all in your cardholder and I bet it'll be easy to keep track of!

Thank you! I love it too. It was basically love at first sight.

I'm glad you found your MVMCP ticket, even though you ended up going on an unnecessary bus ride. It was a lovely scenic journey to your resort and back. Let's go with that. ;)

HAHAHA. Yes. We'll go with that, for sure. It was definitely very scenic. Not that I was looking out the window or anything. But I know what those streets look like... so yes. Very scenic. :lmao:

You're not weird, I'm the exact same way, only I always enter to the right! I don't think, in all the times I've been to MK, that I've ever entered to the left!

I love your pictures. It's so cool to see all the lights coming on! Beautiful! :goodvibes

Do you really? That's so funny! I have no idea why, but it's just how I ALWAYS do it. I'm just so used to immediately seeing City Hall and the fire station and the Emporium. So funny!

Thank you! I don't think I could have had a better view! It was just such a lovely atmosphere. :goodvibes

Ugh, losing a ticket is like, one of my worst Disney fears...losing anything in Disney, really, but especially something like a party ticket. I'm glad you found it, but sorry about the unnecessary bus ride! :rotfl:

Ahhh, MK is so beautiful, with all the Christmas decorations up! I can't wait to go back for the Holidays! :woohoo:

I know! It was a little stressful, that's for sure! I'm glad I found it so easily too! Hahah it's okay, the bus ride was fine, a girl told me she liked my nails! Yep, that's worth a bus ride. Definitely. :rolleyes2

Oh really?! That's so funny! You're the second person to tell me they always go in on the right! (Joni was the first!) I don't know why but I've just always always always gone in on the left! Although, I am a lefty so... I always do everything on the left. :rotfl:

I know! It's just the perfect atmosphere. That's awesome that you do get to go back! I hope I get to as well!

Nope! I really want to ride it though! I've always meant to ride it, just never gotten around to it. I really have no idea why! I'm really going to try and ride it this summer though!

Oh yeah, the castle lighting is definitely a must do! It's so beautiful. I hope yall get to see it this time!

Well, I'm really glad that you found the ticket, but isn't that a bummer? Cute sweatshirt!

I hope that you were feeling better for the party, I can't wait to hear all about it :thumbsup2

I always enter the MK from the left too--would feel really weird to go in the right. ;)

I felt the same way at the parties going in on the right side. We always enter the park on the left too. I guess we're just creatures of habit. haha

Can't wait to hear about the party. I like the Christmas one better than the Halloween one (only because I like Christmas more!). If it doesn't get you in the holiday spirit, nothing will! The castle lighting show is amazing. I remember when they first started that I watched a youtube video and had tears in my eyes. Love it!

Your life motto cracked me up! :rotfl2:

I'm glad you found your ticket! That totally sounds like something I would do! I look for my keys a lot when they are in my hand:rolleyes1...so I feel your pain!haha

Bummer that you missed out on taking pics with some of the characters when you left!

Also, I LOVE your sweater! That's another thing I'm looking forward to now that I'm going in November....Mickey Christmas clothes! YAYAY! haha I'm a dork, it's okay! lol

I can't wait to watch the castle lighting in Nov. I'm getting more and more excited about going everytime I read a TR about it!

Also, I'm just loving your TR, so keep up the good work! :thumbsup2

I'm so sorry that you got sick! I've also been a victim of too much Disney food, so don't feel bad, it happens to the best of us  I'm hoping you feel better for the party!

Oh gosh, I would have died if I thought I lost my party ticket! I like having an AP, because if I loose it, it can be easily replaced. Regular tickets are pretty stressful! Glad you were able to find it, even if it did mean leaving the park early.

Love the pics of the dream lights on the castle, they are so pretty, every Disney fan should see them in person! :goodvibes

Oh lawd the whole lost ticket ordeal is so stressful. I am not a very organized person which is why I always quadruple check for everything to make sure I didn't forget it. I have this perpetual "I forgot something!" feeling and I annoy myself. LOL. But enough about my mental problems, I'm glad you found the ticket eventually!

I haven't seen the Indiana Jones show in years! You really aren't missing much. I don't remember liking it that much but it's still epic to me because of the part in Full House when DJ hallucinates that Steve is Indiana Jones LOL

Excited to hear about your night at MVMCP!

Your whole ticket situation is completely something that I would do! I am super organized for trips and I would FREAK out if I couldn't find my ticket. Honestly, I would have just started crying in the middle of HS so props to you for holding it together:thumbsup2 haha.

I'm in love with all your MVMCP pictures! All the holiday decorations are so gorgeous and make MK feel even more magical...if thats even possible!!

So glad you found your party ticket! I did something like that the last time I went to MNSSHP. I thought I had left my camera battery in the charger in my room, but I had it with me all along. However, I did not figure that out UNTIL I went back to the room and saw the empty charger. Ughhh :faint: Fortunately I was staying at BLT.

I like the twilight pictures of the MK. So pretty. I am always amazed at how quickly the sun sets in Florida.

Thanks for the warning never to take a survey at the parks while in a hurry.

Well, I'm really glad that you found the ticket, but isn't that a bummer? Cute sweatshirt!

I hope that you were feeling better for the party, I can't wait to hear all about it :thumbsup2

I always enter the MK from the left too--would feel really weird to go in the right. ;)

Hahaha yeah, pretty much. It's okay though, I think I just really needed to get out of DHS so it worked out! THANKS! I love the sweatshirt, it's so soft and comfy. :goodvibes

Hahah I know right? It was weird! It's funny that everyone has their 'side' to enter on!

Love it!

Yeah! I'm glad I'm not the only one hahah!

I like Christmas more than Halloween too, by a mile!!! I definitely want to go to the Halloween party someday too, but I know that I probably won't like it nearly as much as the Christmas atmosphere, it's just perfect that time of year! Oh man, it makes me cry too. It's so amazing!

Your life motto cracked me up! :rotfl2:

I'm glad you found your ticket! That totally sounds like something I would do! I look for my keys a lot when they are in my hand:rolleyes1...so I feel your pain!haha

Hahah thanks!

Me too! Hahaha it was very lame of me! I was like, did I really just panic over nothing?? Oh me hahah.

Bummer that you missed out on taking pics with some of the characters when you left!

Also, I LOVE your sweater! That's another thing I'm looking forward to now that I'm going in November....Mickey Christmas clothes! YAYAY! haha I'm a dork, it's okay! lol

Yeah! I had wanted to meet all of those characters because I never have before. (Okay, obviously I've met MICKEY, just not in his sorcerer outfit! haha.) But I'm sure I'll be able to meet them someday, so it's okay!

THANKS! I love it so much. NO you're not a dork! Or if you are, then we all are! I'm so excited for you to go in Nov. and see all the holiday offerings, it really is wonderful!

I can't wait to watch the castle lighting in Nov. I'm getting more and more excited about going everytime I read a TR about it!

Also, I'm just loving your TR, so keep up the good work! :thumbsup2

OMG, seriously one of the most amazing things I've ever seen. You will LOVE it.

Thank you so much! You always say the nicest things. :goodvibes

I'm so sorry that you got sick! I've also been a victim of too much Disney food, so don't feel bad, it happens to the best of us  I'm hoping you feel better for the party!

Thank you! Oh man, that stinks. It can be hard to resist that Disney food!

Oh gosh, I would have died if I thought I lost my party ticket! I like having an AP, because if I loose it, it can be easily replaced. Regular tickets are pretty stressful! Glad you were able to find it, even if it did mean leaving the park early.

Oh yeah! That's awesome! I would LOVE to have an annual pass, goodness. Hahah but that's another thing entirely. :rotfl: Thanks! Yeah, I think at that point I was pretty much over being at DHS anyway, just because of everything that happened, so it worked out okay. :)

I agree 100%! It's one of the most amazing things ever, basically.

Listen, feel free to vent about your 'mental problems' hahah. I don't mind. I get it though! Even though I am kinda OCD and super organized, I STILL have to check a million times to make sure I have something. That's why I was so confused when I couldn't find it! I was like, REALLY THOUGH? I mean who looks in their wallet for things???

I haven't seen the Indiana Jones show in years! You really aren't missing much. I don't remember liking it that much but it's still epic to me because of the part in Full House when DJ hallucinates that Steve is Indiana Jones LOL

Excited to hear about your night at MVMCP!

HAHAHA, honestly though, that's pretty much the only reason I want to see it! I've never been a huge Indy fan but I've always wanted to jump up in the middle of the show and yell "STEVE NO!!!!... No one thinks you're really here, hehehe." :lmao:

The beginning of our night at MVMCP starts with a certain character greeting that you might enjoy... :rolleyes1

YEAH! I was pretty much in disbelief that I couldn't find it because I basically never lose things. Hahah aw, thanks! At that point I was just prepared for stressful things to happen, apparently! :rotfl:

Thank you! Oh man, I know, right? The Christmassy atmosphere at Magic Kingdom cannot be beat. It's AMAZING.

Me too! Oh no! That's awful! Oh my goodness, you've stayed at BLT? Do you have a TR about it? I would LOVE to see your pictures of it! I'm staying there this summer and I cannot wait!

I like the twilight pictures of the MK. So pretty. I am always amazed at how quickly the sun sets in Florida.

Thanks for the warning never to take a survey at the parks while in a hurry.

Thank you! I did my best with my little camera hahah. You're right though, one minute it was normal daylight and then suddenly the castle lighting was starting!

Haha, no problem! :thumbsup2

Hey! I took a picture with that bust this past trip! :)

This is the parade where Jenelle's CM friend was telling us that Ada was friends with a guy, remember? I think I could believe that though, her calfs were pretty built :lmao: <-- this guy cracks me up!

Haha, ok. Honest confession time. I thought you were lying about the whole ticket bit :bitelip: I thought you were using it as an excuse to go back to the room because you were sicker than you wanted to share with us, haha, aw. Now I feel bad  But for real, glad you found your ticket! Sheesh, that would've NOT been cool.
