Oh, boy was I bad.... I think, my dh is going to kill me. I've hiding all QVC stuff I got this week. I was only planning on buying the alphabet letters and ended up getting $146 worth of stuff. YIKES.... I like it though... Can't wait to get my order...

He-he.....I know exactly where you are at.......I just tallied up my Pampered Chef list for the next party....a mere $125....and that's AFTER the $60 I spent on the last party and the $100 I have spent on ebay in the last week or so. I am now sucked into the Pampered Chef universe!!!!!!!!!:cool1: BUT, DH loves it too- he even suggested we look into becoming consultants---not now, but maybe this fall or next spring. Funny! He is completely fascinated with it!

I've never been to either a Stampin Up party or a Pampered Chef party. They sound like fun though.

I ordered a catalog from Stampin Up from a lady in another state and have ordered a few times. They have nice stuff.

I tried to find a CM rep to sell me some Disney stickers, but she wouldn't sell unless I agreed to book a show. Being the only scrapper amongst my friends and family I wouldn't get enough sales to have show. Still don't have those stickers, either.

You're so funny.... I have alot of the pampered chef stuff from all the parties I've been to in the last 9 years of my life. One group of my friends threw me a Pampered Chef wedding shower. It was a lot of fun and I got ALOT of stuff that way. Have fun collecting....

Well, that's the silliest thing I've ever heard of. Why wouldn't she want to make a sale. I'd find another rep.

Oh geez...........................consultants like that give a bad rap for CM. Too bad I just deactivated or I would order you some! I think there are some other CM consultants on the boards; maybe they could get the stickers for you! I seriously just sold that last batch of my Disney CM stuff last week....:(

I was about to pipe up with the same comment about the CM rep, none that I know would ever act like that. My friend just deactivated too so no go there, but the person who got me in to it is still active... now if I could find her name.... isn't that bad....she was a friend of a friend.

You can find another rep on their web site though, they don't have to be near to you.

That is the very reason I stay away from Stampin' Up parties, if I can help it! It is too easy to spend a bunch, and I just don't use them as much as I think I am going to. Now my SIL sure does, though! So I can get just about anything I need from her.

disneysnowflake--As a CM consultant, I think that not selling you the Disney stickers without booking a party is pretty silly, too. She must have a good reason, but for the life of me, I can't think of what it might be. I have some of the Disney stuff in stock right now; if you are still interested, PM me.

BE CAREFUL!!!!

Stampin Up is addicting as my scrapbook obsession. Over the last year my scrapbook friends had one Stampin Up party demonstrating rubber stamping for scrapbooks

Well 12 months and 12 parties later we all have a collection of stamps and have branched off into card making and crafts.

But now a couple weekends ago I went to a weekend stamp and crop event. I was introduced to The Angel Company- unmounted stamps. Less bulk to carry to crops.

I will be having my first Angel party in May. Heres hoping I can keep my spending under $100:hyper: :hyper:

I went to my first Stampin Up party two weeks ago. I thought I wouldn't like stamping, so I wasn't too worried about spending too much, well was I wrong. I spent $70 +! That was cut down because the friend who brought me to the party is now having her own next weekend!! Well, there goes another $100 at least. I have to spend more, she's my friend, right!?!? :hyper:

In the course of helping out a friend or two over the last 6 months I have spent about $400.00 on stampin up products! LOL

and the parties and the items we make are so much fun......I needed a new ink pad and also got some cute stuff too.........but I REALLY dont' like it......OH YES I DOOOOOOOOO ......I can't lie.........BUT I LIKE MY PAMPERED CHEF TOO:crazy:
