Last May I was caught in a torrential rain storm while in Epcot. I was staying at BWV and had to walk from the Land to BW, sometimes in ankle deep water. By the time I got back to my room, I was soaked even though I was wearing a poncho. Biggest problem was my shoes. I was wearing my Crocs which dried fine over night, but the biggest issue was my socks. The sole of my Crocs have little bumps which are fine most of the time, but wore through my wet socks. Luckily, it didn't give me blisters or anything so my trip wasn't ruined. For my upcoming trip, I want a good pair of walking sandals that dry quickly. I've seen some really good advice on which walking sandals are most comfortable, but I've not seen much about how well they dry or work during rain. Any advice you could give me will be greatly appreciated.
