The food at B&C is pretty darn bad - sundaes are good! If you can't get into B&C, I would consider the Fountain at the Dolphin - same type of food without the hype of B&C. If you want QS, we though BC/YC QS had a better selection than BWI. You could also try Picabu at the Dolphin.

Another vote for skipping B&C. I was not at all impressed with it last month. I would just go to the Fountain instead, it’s much closer to your resort and while I haven’t been there since I was a kid, it’s the same concept as B&C but much easier to get into.

I wouldn’t do Disney Springs for lunch the same day you’re doing dinner there. Mix it up some. Depending on what time you want to leave AK I would just hit Satu’li, but I’m biased since it’s my favorite QS on property besides Capt Cook’s. Gaspys is a good QS, don’t get me wrong, I just found the menu a bit boring in comparison. Hopefully it will expand back to what it was pre-covid by the time you go.

I would also recommend checking out the food at Beaches pool bar especially on your pool breaks...there are some nice options there and even if you’re not in the cabanas there are CMs who go around to take your food order. Much more convenient than hiking to Gaspys from the Beach pool (the Courtyard pool is much closer).

If you want QS at Epcot, Regal Eagle was fantastic when I finally tried it last month. Since Tangierene Cafe hasn’t reopened yet it’s my new favorite QS there. For HS, Docking Bay 7 is actually really good and doesn’t have the seating issues Woody’s Lunchbox does. They also literally just expanded the menu today with some new options. Regardless though if you’re the type to eat before leaving the park around noon, you definitely want to place your mobile order as soon as you get to the park. Prime slots go quickly at the more popular QS locations.

We ended up shortening our trip by one day (thus leaving on Friday and essentially eliminating the Wednesday schedule). But after this shuffling, we were able to get all of the reservations! I was shocked, but perhaps the crowds will be lighter since it's the week before the 50th celebration.

For those of you that took time to post, you'll be happy to know in the new schedule we are skipping B+C and instead have an 8:35 ADR for Toppolino's on our first night. Thanks for the input!
