Yeah for a CM at CRO

I wish I had gotten the CM's name when I called to check on our ressie yesterday. She was so nice and even put me on hold to check with her supervisor on something for my son before I even got a chance to ask her the question. She was patient and kind and really went out of her way for me. It was just a very nice phone call and really made me appreciate how hard they work because she was going from screen to screen on her computer for me. Anyway just wanted to say thanks and I really do appreciate the CM at CRO.
