I know there was a thread on here a little while ago, but...
Anyway, I stayed at the YC for a few days this week. They were VERY strict about checking IDs. My first visit a family was standing there trying to track down someone on the phone. They had about 7 people and one half seemed to have wristbands, but they did not have keys for the other room and the girl manning the gate would not let the second half in without proof they were staying there.
Also, I was sitting on the porch talking on my phone when I noticed a couple of folks pull up some chairs. Thier two sons stripped down to swimsuits and went off... 5 minutes later they were back... could not get into the pool without a key which they didn't have. They left and went back to whereever they came from. Mom said something like "well we tried". (Let's not even discuss exactly HOW stupid a parent is to let a young child go swimming while they are not NEAR the pool! I know there are lifeguards, but.......)
They put armbands one EVERYONE and checked IDs as you came in all the gates.
