Yankee Candle deal

I went in to shop the Veteran's Day sale. They had 9.5 oz jar candles for $7.00. I got some Christmas Wreath and Cranberry Chutney for gifts. They also had all accessories, buy one get one 1/2 off. This included all Christmas accessories, again a good way to shop ahead. They had the cute little 3.7 oz candles 3 for $10, but our store had mostly summer/floral scents, so I couldn't use them for Christmas. Anyone else?

I went to the Yankee Candle outlet and they were selling the Farmers Market jars 2/12.00! I got twelve of them (Christmas wreath, Christmas cookie, Apples/Cinnamon, and Maple Sugar.) I plan on getting netting from the fabric store (cheap!), wrapping them, and tying with curling ribbon. I also have some jingle bells leftover from last year that I will add to the ribbons. I hope to find the tiny little matchboxes that hold wooden matches. I can wrap them like a present and add to the ribbon ties as well.

That is a great idea for teh Farmer's Market jars!! I forgot, they had the fall Farmer's Market jars for $10 at the regular store. That would make a good hostess gift to take for Thanksgiving. I wish we were near an outlet. The Christmas ones at our store were regular price, but they were really pretty.

I wish I was near an outlet too! They have some great sales there! Actually, I just wish we had a regular YC store near us!
