Yachtsman Steakhouse dress code?

I was told it is smart casual... what exactly does that mean? We're going there directly from the parks, so I want to make sure we're properly dressed. Otherwise, we may need to hit the hotel to change before dinner!

We went last summer and saw everthing from what I would consider park attire (denim jeans and tshirts) to suits and dresses. I wore capris with a nice top and DH wore khaki shorts with a button down Hawaiin type shirt. We were middle of the road.

I think anything short of bathing suits or grungy shorts and tank tops would be allowed in.
