It really is a hidden gem. We went to it in May a couple of times to do laundry and there wasn't a soul anywhere around. We felt like we had our own private pool.

The quiet pool at the Yacht Club is a great place to relax and unwind. We used it several times during our stay there in summer 2011 when we just didn't feel like going to Stormalong Bay. We love Stormalong Bay, but the quiet pool is nice when we want to escape the crowds.

Yes I'm sure we'll enjoy Stormalong Bay but will be grateful fir some peace and quiet and the kids are well behaved so wouldn't disturb anyone else either. I might even request a room near it as we've payed for a water view so this would count.anyone had a room near it or is it too far from everything else?

The term "quiet pool" is confusing. WDW calls them "leisure pools". They are pools with no guards or scheduled activities such as pool games. Children are welcome at all of these pools. And, no, you are not expected to be "quiet".

Love the "Leisure Pools" very rarely crowded.
