According to Entertainment Weekly magazine, EB's last air date is Monday November 2 (which means we get it in Canada on Friday Oct 30!!). No word of death or recast. As we know from past Victor deaths (4 or 5 so far), the audience knows he is alive but he is missing and presumed dead to the rest of the cast. Maybe they'll trick us all this time.

I will never get use to the Ranch being Ashleys. I have never liked Ashley... well for many years I have not. She is the most annoying character to me. Would have liked to see Victor go off with Nikki and have Victoria move back to the Ranch, and Sharon have her house back again.

Maybe after/if/when Victor returns, Ashley will decide that the The Ranch should be returned to the Newmans because it by rights is there home' not hers and that if someone tried to take away the Jabot Estate from the family, she would be devastated. Than she moves back to the house with Jack.

Or Adam is up to no good and more stuff happens there forcing her out. Maybe Adam will do stuff to get Ashley out and the house back to Victor. Something good in his mind for Victor.....and only he will know what he has done.

So if Nikki is going to go away with Victor..guess she will also be off the show except for a few visits here and there. Yet they are bringing in new people...go figure Guess it's out with the old and in with the cheeper

Even if you don’t like Ashley…why shd she have any compassion for Vic and why shd she care who’s house she takes? If she’s comfortable in that old haunted mansion, she shd stay and raise her Newman kids on the Newman ranch in grand Newman style. Even if you don’t like her, she didn’t deserve any of what’d happened to her. I’m sure any judge, criminal or family court, would take into consideration the whole MJ/Patty insanity, and ask Victor (since he was the one who knew MJ’s real identity) why he ddnt take better care of his pregnant wife….ummm, that would be in addition to all the other questions that would come up! (Remember, …we’re the only ones who know it was all Adam’s doing!). Besides, didn’t Victor take Jabot away from the Abbotts at some point, which tore them apart? They still dont have control of their family business! ...…oh yeah, and who was professing undying love to another woman while his wife was having a baby ..yea, let’s let the judge have a crack at that as well!!



Speaking of criminal court, is Victor going on his “trip” w/Nikki before we find out what happens to Patty? WTH??... he plots, he causes death and destruction, gets saved with the heart of his victim, and off he goes? I think there shd be a trial and Victor shd get a prison sentence, and then get solitary confinement because of the fight he has with another inmate. It would spare us another death/resurrection, and we’d never have to see him again…until the new, more favorable contract.

You have to remember that Ashley was the other woman...more than once with Victor. So she had no room to speak or gloat. She always new where the mustaches heart lies. Just glad to hear that she finally got it.

I cant believe that she is as cival as she is to him. I dont get that she smiles at him and acts as if what he did was a little thing. They all are except for Billy. Victor is ruthless......he is not showing much remorse.

By the way I almost fell to the floor when they showed MJ the shrink

As for liking Ashley or not with the ranch....I am talking about the writers
and giving it to Ashley and him leaving with Nikki...Victor and the Ranch go one in one. It is and always will be the Newman Ranch. Ash just does not seem to fit there. Just seems that the writers should have just kept it in the Newman family. Its just bizarre that she has it.

By the way the writters must have been listening to all the watchers because they are making the woman strong again. No more of this poor woman crap.

I dont remember Julia ...who is she again?

Julia was Victor's wife when Y&R first came on the air. Paul was a kid and found her in the dungeon. I think his discovery of her is what led him to become an investigator.
I'm not sure if she was Victor's first wife though. It seems like I remember reference made to another wife before Julia but she was not on the show. Maybe it was a mistress?

And I am all for strong women, but they made Ashley a whackadoo again, then all the sudden, she snaps out of it and then is "normal". come on now.
