• It's revealed that Victoria and Daniel have been working together and have conned Deacon, they have the real painting and turn it over to the cops. Daniel gets the reward money but gives it to Kevin to help Ryder • Deacon is upset he's been conned, he tells Amber he's been working for someone and now that he no longer has the painting, he's screwed. Phyllis shows up and warns Deacon to stay away from her son! Later, Jeffrey overhears Deacon asking someone to keep his son safe • Roxanne asks Devon about Lily, she wants to see her but wants nothing to do with Devon. Meanwhile, Lily and Cane visit Colleen's grave and later renew their vows at a church • Adam is appointed junior VP of Newman, Nick gives him small tasks. Later, Adam informs the stockholders about info that Nick and Victoria withheld from them!

Next - Adam confides in Sharon about the bad things he's done; Ashley tells Jack she isn't afraid of Victor; Victoria knows her marriage is falling apart

Hmmmmm....that might make an interesting couple down the road.

• Jack is happy when he sees Sharon happily settling in her new home. Later, Jack visits Ashley joyed to hear she is divorcing Victor but not pleased to learn she wants the ranch and for Adam to live w/ her and the kids • Nick complains to Victor about Adam, Victor says things will not be like they were before. Meanwhile, Nikki is shown calling Ashley asking her to bring Faith by the hospital. Ashley does bring Faith to the hospital and runs into Nick giving her condolences for his loss. • JT tells Victoria that he has been offered a job and needs to leave town for an interview, he wants Victoria and Reed to come w/ him. Victoria doesn't want to leave her family and the business, this pisses JT off. After Victoria leaves to take care of business, JT decides to go on his own! • Adam stops by Sharon's, he has brought some stuff belonging to Noah. Sharon invites Adam in, they start talking. Adam confesses that he has done a lot of things in the name of revenge and is starting to regret it. They are discussing second chances, during their conversation Sharon mentions how Nick turned Victor into the feds!!

Next - Michael tells Victoria someone is trying to get her in trouble; Billy wants to buy Restless Style from Phyllis; Ashley tells Victor she wants the ranch as part of her settlement!!!

Really?...come on….. really? Sharon and Adam? If they get together, you know what’ll happen don’t you? Nick will be ever vigilant, hovering til after Sharon finds out what Adam had done to Faith. Sharon’ll fall apart, lean on Jack, sleep with a whole battery of men, but run to Nick, who’ll leave Phyllis…AGAIN!!...because (all together now) (everybody knows!) Sharon is his destiny !!!!!!!!

I think Maggie Sullivan shd come back and investigate Adam. After she takes him down, John Silva can represent him. Rafe shd be busy with Estella’s slander suit agst Ashley (not to mention wrongful termination), …and give Michael Baldwin some much needed rest!

Sorry guys, I havent forgotten about you! I had a sick child in the hospital dealing with the flu. We got home yesterday, but now my oldest child has it. So I may be a little late in getting the spoilers to you! Bare with me!

As Sharon continues struggling with the aftermath of her baby's death, Ashley enjoys being a new mother to baby Faith -- unaware that the child is actually Sharon's. This week, Sharon comes in contact with Faith for the first time as she brings Ashley some things for the newborn.

"It's a little awkward when she comes over because Ashley feels sorry for Sharon losing her baby," explains Eileen Davidson. "She feels a little badly being happy about her child while Sharon is going through all of this pain."

Meanwhile, Ashley's divorce from Victor gets ugly when Ashley asks for the Newman ranch in her settlement. Nikki isn't happy about Ashley's request and the two of them have it out! "Ashley doesn't really blame Nikki for her marriage to Victor falling apart," explains Davidson. "She blames him for bringing Patty to town and for all of the lies. And it was Victor who was indirectly responsible for Colleen getting kidnapped by Patty and then falling into the lake. But she is hurt that she overheard him declaring his love for Nikki at the hospital. The three of them have been down this road before."

Despite Nikki's protests, Ashley stands firm in her demand for the ranch, explaining to Nikki that she wants Faith to have the same lifestyle that Victoria and Nick had growing up.

By week's end, Victor meets with Michael to discuss the divorce proceedings and a shocking decision is made!

Ashley to Victor: "I want the ranch!"

As Victor and Nikki continue to bond, Ashley stuns her husband with a surprising request this week: She wants his house in their divorce settlement!

"Ashley still has a daughter in school and thinks being on the ranch is a great life," explains Eileen Davidson. "When Victor and Nikki split years ago, Nikki raised their kids there and Victor moved into the penthouse. Ashley figures it's only fair she get to stay there with her children too."

Victor, on the other hand, doesn't take the news well at all. Explains Davidson, "Victor thinks it's unbelievable that Ashley could expect to have the ranch."

When Nikki gets wind of what Ashley is demanding, she is angry and rushes off to confront her. "Nikki tells Ashley she thinks it's appalling that she would want the ranch," says Davidson. "Ashley is like, 'Well, why not? YOU wanted the ranch!' Ashley throws it right back in Nikki's face."

The confrontation gets heated when Ashley reveals that she heard Victor declaring his love for Nikki in his hospital room. "Ashley basically tells Nikki she's over all of it. She's over Victor, she's over her, and she's over being pulled back into that whole romantic mess they're in."

Nikki leaves, upset, but Ashley is happy. "Ashley's not even angry at Nikki. Ashley is not going to be stuck in this rivalry anymore. She's tired of being pulled back into this triangle. It took too much of a toll on her. She's finally learned."

Later, Billy goes to see Ashley and he's thrilled when she announces to him that she and Victor are divorcing. "Ashley's happy to have Billy's support. After everything she want through, she's happy to have him on her side."

Billy asks Ashley for a loan so that he can buy Restless Style from Phyllis -- a loan that both Jack and Traci have already declined -- but Ashley tells him she'll give it some thought. Explains Davidson, "Ashley believes in Billy. If anybody would help him, it would be her. She's feeling happy and magnanimous."

But as for the old Mr. Mustache? "Ashley lost respect for Victor and the way he goes about things," sighs Davidson. "It's all about his ego. Other people's feelings don't matter to him. Ashley doesn't want to live with that anymore."

Billy's Offer to Phyllis

Now that Billy's days at Jabot are a thing of the past, he is ready to make his next career move. After he overhears Phyllis telling Chloe that she isn't sure she wants to continue on with Restless Style, he offers to buy the magazine!

"I think that he recognizes something something that is different from the family business and there was an opening," explains Billy Miller. "He honestly thinks he can have a go at it. He's been struggling to prove his own worth and has made some bad choices, but he wants to be recognizes as his own man and be valued."

Later, when Billy asks Jack for a big loan, his big brother doesn't seem too happy to help out. "Well, Billy did sleep with Jack's wife," cracks Miller. "Things are still tense between them. But Billy is definitely disappointed because he really wanted Jack's support in this."

Ashley agrees to give Billy the cash, but will Billy be able to handle this new venture effectively? "It's a different side of Billy," winks Miller. "You'll finally get to see him take command and be in charge. It'll be interesting to see how he handles it!"

•Billy wants to purchase Restless Style from Phyllis, he asks Jack for the money Billy has in trust but Jack refuses to give him the money. Meanwhile, Traci makes plans to return to New York
•Nick tells Ashley that he and Sharon named their daughter Faith, Ashley feels bad.
•Michael tells Victoria that the word is out that Victor is not in the best of health, they don't know it was Adam who told the truth
•Sharon and Adam are still talking, she tells him not to underestimate Victor's love. Adam finds out that Sharon has grieved for the loss of three daughters. Later, Nick shows up and sees Adam there. Sharon tells Nick this is now her home and that Noah is going to be living w/ her
•After finding out Ashley wants the ranch, Nikki gets pissed. The two face off w/ Ashley reminding Nikki she did the same when she divorced Victor. Later, Victor asks Michael to get the divorce papers ready and to transfer the ranch to Ashley!!!!

Next - Nick doesn't want Billy to have Restless Style; Michael tells Kevin that Ryder is a liar; Ryder and Deacon fight

So is JT also leaving the show? no one is around anymore. no one. such a skeleton cast. They cant be that broke. Guess a lot of it comes from lots of people fast forwarding through commercials so advertisers don't feel it is worth waisting a lot of advertising dollars due to this.

Adam is an ***. I mean him calling up about the meeting was a low blow again. I was hoping they would calm down on his nastiness a little. He is not just mean he is vicious. And if they show him feeling sorry for all he has done again I am going to throw something at my TV.

Sharon, Nick and Phyllis will always be like the Nikki, Ashley, Victor saga we have had all theses years....Nick will bounce back and forth between the two woman. BLAH!

When and he will, Ryder gets out of Jail, he is going to pull Kevin into something bad....something really bad and leave him holding the ball. They have said as much in all the warnings thrown his way. I bet Deacon gets killed by Ryder and Kevin gets blamed. I bet Ryder is working not for Deacon but undercover for the bad guys that Deacon is so afraid of causing him to hide his son.

It just amazes me about Glo and Jeffry....they get out of everything. It really pisses me off how the both of them took no blame in the death of colleen because they kidnapped Patty and took her up to the cabin. Talk about 2 self centered people...I find it funny how self centered they both are and that is what draws them to each other.....they screw each other the first chance they have and could care less about it.
