You got a $94 credit for each room?? Wow. I thought I did good getting a $5 credit for one room (1A 2C), and $4 for each of the other two (2A each). We upgraded from ASMu preferred rooms to SSR 1-bedrooms.
They used the email address that is registered to your Disney account, it had to be the same one that the confirmation was sent to also. They verified this with me a few times, I think it was actually more important than the code and now that makes sense because people are calling to see if a code is attached to their email address on file.
Mine didn't come to the email address that our confirmation was sent to. All reservations were made in my name and attached to my email, but the upgrade offer came to my dad's email, which he has never given to Disney during any reservation. The only time he gave them his email address was when he applied for his Disney Visa, which we used for the room deposits. We did not give his email address again during the reservation or when paying the deposit, in fact the reservation CM didn't even have his email address on file. They had the pin code from my dad's email attached to my name. Weird!
