Has anyone used www.themeparkland.co.uk - seems to be much cheaper than other UK travel agents for getting tickets in advance. ABTA agent. Issues real Disney tickets, not vouchers. I found it to be cheaper than other UK travel agents including in packages, but from reading Simon V's book I found the prices for Discovery Cove for one were more expensive here still than buying direct.

Dunno if it's worth a look - anyone else used it? Is it any good? Is it good value for anything?

We've just ordered 4 x 10 day Disney passes from them at £189 each, this is the cheapest i've seen them.
Wasn't sure about ordering them online so just phoned them, payed by credit card which doesn't cost any extra.
Got a confirmation in the post after about a week and was told the tickets would arrive by recorded delivery 10 days before we travel.
We could have asked for them to be delivered immediately but if you lose them theres no refunds.

I think they are a bit cheaper for the orlando flex tickets as well.

Looks pretty good. I haven't compared the prices elsewhere recently, but note that they're ABTA bonded. I'll definetly be giving them a visit when my next trips due (April 2004).

Don't know anything bout the aboive site but I have just bought my 10 day tickets from Virgin Travelstore online and they were £189 each and I got Virgin miles the booking:)

I got our Disney tickets from them (they supply the actual Disney tickets, vouchers for Universal etc). We leave on Saturday and they arrived special delivery last week. Phoned and booked by CC. Didn't get Universal or other tickets from them as these were vouchers, and I prefer the actual tickets. Got Flextickets (actual tickets) from www.keithprowsetickets.co.uk (sometimes web site doesn't have too many details, but worth phoning for prices) and these were delivered special delivery last Friday - also got free copy of Brits guide to Orlando 2003 from them!

Hi everyone,
Ordered 3 lots of Universal tickets from them on saturday evening, the ones that were get 14 days for the price of 3, which in my eyes is a hell of a deal, we usually buy our tickets when we arrive, but after being told of this site, we decided to order online for a change.

My wife phoned them up today and asked if we could have them sent straight away, the lady said no problem but would cost an extra £5, which was okay by us, as getting them 10 days before you were due to leave, my fingers would be stumps, thinking they wouldn't get here:D

Will post back to let you know, if they arrive okay.

I have just purchased both 5 day park hopper plus passes and 5 park orlando flextickets together from the same place:-

www.attraction-tickets-direct.co.uk

You order the tickets online and they rang me back 5 minutes later with a quote and to get details of payment. As I bought both from them they gave us £10 off each flexticket and as I ordered 2 adult and 3 children's I got £50 knocked off.
The ticket prices were therefore:-

5 day Park hopper Plus:- £174 Adult, £139 Child.
5 Park Flexticket :- £131 Adult, £109 Child.

A great saving altogether as I was looking to get them out there and pound to dollar they are about the same at the moment. You also take the risk of the exchange rate at the time. I ordered the tickets on Friday and they arrived by Special Delivery this morning (Tuesday) and you get the proper tickets (no voucher). You don't have to pay the cost of P&P either.

Horse,

It seems you know as many people do that KP like to cut it fine with the sending out of their tickets:rolleyes:

I have given an earlier departure date than my real one to make sure this doesn't happen to me;)

I worked at in a travel agency until recently and even the travel consultants in there would give earlier travel dates because of the way KP operates. It's not that tickets never arrived in time, but customers would be panic stricken when they hadn't arrived a few days before their departure, and would keep 'phoning and coming in.Let's face it we don't want those tickets arriving the day before we travel:mad:

OOps, sorry kazzieI think we have gotten our wires crossed.
My fault entirely, as I should have stated that we ordered them from Themeparkland.co.uk.

I didn't think, as the thread was about Themeparkland, so sorry about that.

I totally agree with you on KP cutting it fine with the tickets, we first chose KP the very first year we went, in 1999, and we were told, Yes the tickets would be there sir, ten days before you are due to travel.

It got to 5 days before, and honestly kazzie I think the daughter and son, had bitten their nails down to the bone:(

We vowed down, never again!!

Sorry again, for that mix up - Doh, my first post as well, what an impression:D
