WWOHP and FJ -- Were we not told hotel guests received one express ride per day?

I'm thinking it should be a lot calmer by September/October (except on weekends) because you won't have as many school kids there. I'm sure it will still be busy, but I would think it won't be as bad as the opening weeks/summer crowds.

KMC, that's too bad they didn't offer you a pass as well. It would be nice if they had some consistency.

I got an e-mail from the person who called me on Thursday asking me to call again, so I'll probably call them again today.

I truly believe that if folks were told that they would get FOTL access once per day when booking their Universal Hotel, I believe this should be honored in some manner. I believe they could issue "special fast passes Upon Check-in for hotel guests. It seems that their current system is not foolproof with allowing hotel only guests into the park one hour early. I hear that folks are cutting through vendor stands and getting to the same point as the hotel guest lines. This frustration. I understand that things are subject to change, but this offer never made it to stage to begin with -- I believe that initially we were "misunderstood". I believe Universal should offer some type of FOTL access to FJ as they adverstised!
