WW Weekly Weigh-in

Well todays WI went pretty good... lost 1.6 pounds for a total of 42.8 pounds. Only 2.2 to go and I'll be claiming my 45 pound clippie!!!!
 
Wish me luck tomorrow. I need 1 more pound for my 10 pound clippy.
 
I lost 2 more pounds and I got my 10 pound clippy!! :banana: :cool1:

Hello to all my fellow WWers!! My weigh in day is on Saturday, so I hopefully will be able to post a loss this week. I'm on week 8 and have lost 13 lbs, although there was some serious yo-yo ing going on..hopefully I have kicked that to the curb.

Congratulations to all those who have lost this week!!!!

My wi is tomorrow and I don't have very high hopes, I lost 1.2 last week but this week I dug into the hershey kisses.....several times :earboy2: Oh well, I will post tomorrow after wi.....Congrats again to all the losers----I guess instead of digging into the chocolate I should log on and get inspired!! :flower:

My weigh-in was today. Missed last week due to business travel. I was down 8.4 today for a total of 29.4 I spent so much effort when traveling to really watch what I eat and to stay away from the sweets they brought out each afternoon, and I used the fitness center at the hotels at night. Walking around Disneyland on the weekends helped as well!

I FINALLY made my 10% goal. It's taken me so long, since mid-October, but I did it! I am about half way to goal, so that's a nice feeling also. I am still having thyroid issues, so I am probably going to be up a bit next week, but this is the boost I needed right now.

Now, I just need to figure out what my reward should be... I have been trying to come up with something to reward myself with for weeks! I am thinking a facial maybe - never had one. I was also thinking a massage, but then I don't know how I feel about being mostly naked in front of a stranger yet! Clothes aren't a reward to me since I will have to buy new ones anyway! ;) Any good ideas?
 
Kristy: Congrats! Either a facial or massage would be great. I have had both and loved them! You deserve a treat!

I went a day early but lost 1.6. I guess I'm happy enough with that as TOM is coming in the next couple of days so I guess I could have gained. Well that makes 10.4 for me in 4 weeks. I guess I need to find out how to get a 10 lb clippie if I'm eligible.

...Well figuring out that clippie was easy enough :)
 
I finally figured out what TOM is LOL! Anyway, I am down 6.5 lbs since last week's WI - I am so happy - I read an article about having 35 grams of fiber each day - I tried it and it worked! Yeah! Of course, today I have cheated some in celebration - making homemade ice cream for my FIL b-day! Oh well, anyway , I am three weeks ti; WDW, 4 Lbs BELOW my WW goal, 6 lbs bove my current personal goal and about 13 lbs above my ULTIMATE goal - Now to exercise a lot and be in great shape by next April 2006 when I have to go skiing for the first time - YIKES!
 
:banana: :banana: Down 1.2 lbs this week.....was very happy because of the chocolate binge I had last week :rotfl: (couldn't help myself) TOM can really make me go op!! Well I'm really trying to be good this week as I would love a weight loss like those I read above!!! Great job!!!! I am very happy w/my losses (as long as they are not gains each week)...but I would be really happy if my losses were as large as yours were!!!! Great job, keep up the good work, summer is right around the corner (although it snowed here today).

Every one is doing so well.

While I would love to see those kind of losees as well, I know I won't. But, if I can keep up with 2 pounds a week, I will be ecstatic!
 
Big losses happen early, they are NOT the recommended course though. ;) Slow, steady, consistent will help keep you OP, and keep the weight off, in the end, for the distance. jmho ;)

Stay for the 'distance'...it works! :smooth:
 
I'm down 7.5 pounds this week! If only we could have those big early losses every week. Still, I'm happy! :cool1:
 
YEAH!! I weighed in this morning..and I was down 3 lbs..got my 15lbs star sticker!! I feel like celebrating....WW ice cream cone here I come LOL!! Now if I would just not leave my water bottle at other people's houses LOL...I need my water..

Okay off to figure out how to change my ticker......I'm 28lbs closer to my goal now!!

I lost 2.2 lbs. this week for a total of 9.4 in a month.
 
It's only my second week and I'm up .4 of a pound. :confused3 I guess it's a bad idea to eat pizza the day before WI. I'm not as discouraged as I thought I would be when this happens. I'm just a little frustrated because I've been totally OP and it sucks that I couldn't even post a 1 lb. loss.

Congrats to all of the losers!!
 
Shauna, pizza is loaded with sodium and may definetly cause your weight to be up, cause you are most likely retaining a lot of water... the best thing you can do is to drink plenty of water, and I bet it will come right off.... oh yeah, and don't eat pizza the day before WI. :rotfl: Anyway, let it go, and focus on the future.
