I finally figured out what TOM is LOL! Anyway, I am down 6.5 lbs since last week's WI - I am so happy - I read an article about having 35 grams of fiber each day - I tried it and it worked! Yeah! Of course, today I have cheated some in celebration - making homemade ice cream for my FIL b-day! Oh well, anyway , I am three weeks ti; WDW, 4 Lbs BELOW my WW goal, 6 lbs bove my current personal goal and about 13 lbs above my ULTIMATE goal - Now to exercise a lot and be in great shape by next April 2006 when I have to go skiing for the first time - YIKES!
