WW Weekly Weigh-in

I'm just getting back from my first weigh in. I lost 3.8 pounds for week one. While in the past I have lost more than that on the first week I am happy with it. My SIL who joined with me lost 7.1 pounds. We're cheering each other on and supporting each other with daily emails of encouragement.
 
Hello everyone! I am new to this board. I started WW 6 weeks ago but was in WDW and DCL for 2 of those weeks. Today was my weigh in and I was down 2 pounds for a total of 11 pounds. I am pleased with my progress but still struggle with keeping with it. I am happy to be a part of this group! I am looking forward to sharing and reading with you all.
 
0 loss last night at WI. I guess that's better than gaining ;)

I think the NOT journaling part was a big factor in my not going down. I do better when I write EVERYTHING down. Back to journaling the FLEX program for me.

Hello everyone! Mfabre (my dd) told me about this thread.

Since the disboards is a place I come to often, it only makes it that much better to find a support thread here for those of us changing our way of life.

We started attending meetings on 1/16/08 and as of yesterday's WI I was down 10.6 pounds total (-4.4 last week after a +2.2 gain the prior week following 5 days at WDW and 7 days on the Disney Magic).

I've been getting some APs but I just don't wanna move today. I'm a little sore and feel like it may be best if I rest my fatigued muscles today.

I can't wait to get to know the disboarders that check in often!!

Welcome to all of the new Weight Watchers. Today was my weigh in and I was down another 3. I have been doing very well, tracking everything I put in my mouth, exercising at least 4 times a week, and drinking my water. I am thankful I am feeling so motivated. I hope I can keep it up. I still have such a long way to go but I am happy with my progress so far.

I forgot to post last week but I was down over a pound. This week I feel like I gained. Ugh!

Nice job, losers!! :cool1: I was down 2.8 after week 2. We had a photo shoot for the magazine I work for and the only thing I tried was the homemade bleu cheese dressing (but I counted it!). GL to those weighing in this week! :yay:
 
I am down .8 this week, which was a pleasant surprise since I downed a whole big bag of chips myself over the past 2 days. I definitely need to stay on track if I want that to be a true loss.

tiggerlover- Welcome back!! It's great to see you posting again. You are motivating me to come on here more often. Always the inspiration.

Sorry if I've missed anyone. Congratulations to everyone here for making the choice to live a healthier life. We can do this!!:cheer2:

Congrats on your loss for the week, goes to show that we can have a little treat and still lose.

Thanks for the welcome back and the kind words. I am still not around as much as I used to, still going to physical therapy and I have started going to the gym, add that to work and family and there is very little "me" time left. I wish I had time to visit daily like I used to and respond to everyone, I miss it....hopefully I will be back in a couple of weeks.

Congrats to everyone in their weight loss victories and if you are struggling, hang in there. We are all works in progress, hard work and perseverence will pay off in the end.

Onward and downward!!
 
Just stopping by for my mid-(WI)-week motivation. I have been doing really well this week journaling, but missed a work out on Friday. Hope everyone else is doing well. :cheer2:

Congrats to all the losers.
Why are weekends so hard? Well, for me anyway. I was very lazy and didn't get in enough exercise. Most of my food choices were good but, I could have done better. Oh well, still exploring the right points combinations for me and planning a little better. It'll work out, I'm sure.
 
I'm a little lazy on the weekends, too--on purpose!! (IF I've done well staying on track during the week.)

Weighed in this morning--down 2 more pounds!
 
I think weekends are harder because they are less structured some times. I know I find myself grazing in the kitchen more so on the weekends and I do not journal as well on the weekends either.
 
I weighed in this past sunday and I lost 4.2lbs yeah I met my 10 mark goal. I am very happy and I am shopping of wedding dress'es this weekend. :)
 
Hi: Miranda 1979's mom here. only down .4 but I guess it's beter than a gain.

Logged 39 miles of walking for the month on the TM so I thought for sure I would do better but will wait and see how things progress.

Of to Disney next week and worried about staying on program. I'll try my best.

Tiggerlover, just noticed you made lifetime in 5/07. congrats that is great!
WTG all you losers. Had a not so great evening but, I'll make up for it today.
I told my MIL I didn't want to take that cake home :rolleyes: I have not control when it comes to sweets.
wdw4us, have fun next week. good luck w/staying on program you can do it! Think about all the walking you will be doing!
 
Down 2.4 - yeah! Gotta be good for at least one more month and then maintaining, which is hard for me - I may even go to WW and get on their scale - I was lifetime - what will they charge me to get weighed again (I am at the goal I set with them, just not my personal goal). If someone could ask - I'd be curious - I guess it's been about three years since I've been there.
 
and I lost three pounds! :cool1: I hope to lose another 10 by the time we go to WDW in April. Fingers crossed I can do it. I have to start hitting the treadmill again! I am home sick with the stomach flu today, so maybe I can start exercising over the next couple of days.
