Welcome Fofinia. Congratulations on your weight loss. I'm am a very slow loser, up and down in little bits. I've been doing WW (this time) for over a year, and have lost 31 pounds. It's very slow, but for me it is better that way. I'm planning to stick with it this time. When I've stopped in the past, I always gain back all I've lost, plus some. I'm 40 pounds above the high range of the WW goal, but would be thrilled to lose another 20-25 pounds. Sounds like your gain this week is fluid related. Next week should be better.
IWantMyDVC- Hang in there, and don't let it get you down. Christmas comes but once a year. I weigh in tomorrow, and am sure I'll be in the same boat, but am planning on a fresh start.

I've been out of control the past week, and am prepared for a big gain. My original holiday goal was to stay under 200#, and I can gain 5 pounds and still be under. I'm hoping not to gain that much, but tomorrow will tell. I'm drinking tons of water today.
