I am down at least 1lb this week. The 1st read was 2.5, but it seemed wrong to me, so I tried again, and again, and I'm willing to just take the minimum 1lb and wait for next week. ;)

I'm down just .4 this week. I'll have to try really hard to stay on program for the fourth. I'm on vacation next week, but will be able to weigh in wed before I go away. I"m planning to try and walk every morning to earn extra points. Hope you're all having a great week.

Disneyfanz- what a phenomenal loss!!! :cool1:
 
Well I went to my weekly weigh-in yesterday and I only lost .8. I am bummed. So I am now only down to 195.6. I know it could have gone in the other direction. I know what I need to do and that is get more exercise and also drink more water. So that is what I will be working on this week.
I really hope to lose at least two pounds this next week even with the holiday coming up. THINK FRUIT!

Renee, you are still going the right direction. I lost 1 lb this week, bringing it to a grand total of 8.2 pounds. A little slower than I had hoped. But still in the right direction. I didn't gain all this weight overnight. Every one have a safe and happy 4th. I'm going to Door Co. Wisc. til the 9th. We have a camper there. I'll be with alot of family eating out alot, so it should be a challenge. Wish me luck!

I am so darn jealous! I am going to have the worst WI tommorrow. I was SO bad in Ocean City! Since Sunday, I am back to Core, but I doubt that will help that much by Weds. evening.
 
I haven't posted in a while and I haven't been to WW in just about as long. I don't know what it is but I haven't been motivated and haven't been exercising. I need to get back on track! The good news is that my weight hasn't gone up since my last post but the bad news is that it hasn't gone down either!

Haven't checked in here in a while, my brain has had to go on vacation for a few weeks after a really trying year. Pounds are still coming off, but at a snail's pace. I'm ready to recommit to WW again (I've been going, but really just going through the motions). My total at this point is 22.8 lbs, I am really looking forward to my 25 lb mark. :sunny:
 
WI today, and was up only 0.4 pounds, which I was happy with because I had gone crazy last wed and thurs and used 30 flex points over my weekly limit, and on monday I didn't count or track anything, and ate a ton. Back on track yesterday, and we are off to my sisters camp in maine for 4 day. I've packed some healthy foods, and my sister is pregnant, so it will be easier to go light on the alcohol. Hope everyone is doing well.
 
I am so frustrated. I have been stuck for the past 6 weeks, I go down a pound then back up a pound. I've tried everything, no flex points, use all my flex points etc. I hate plateaus! My goal was to lose 15 more pounds by my trip the end of August. Ugh!

Hello, I just went to my weekly weigh-in and I thought for sure that I was up because over the weekend/holiday I used ALL of my flex points. (I saved them for the occasion.) I have been so hungry again. Also because it's close to my TOM.
pixiedust: But guess what? I lost 1.2 lbs. I was so happy! I have lost a total of 7.8 lbs since June 7 and I am now at 194.4. I would like to be at 10 lbs. lost by next week so I think I am going to try to exercise like crazy over the next week. I only need to lose 2.2 to make it happen if I figured it correctly.

Sorry to hear some of you are at a standstill. Hang in there and keep coming here for support, it really helps. Remember, tomorrow is always a new day!!

YES!!! I was hoping to be down one lb but I just got back from my WWI and I was down..... 2.6!!!!

I hate to even report this week. I'm up 1.4 lbs. But, I have to look at the bright side, at WI last week I was down 4.5 lbs. So I still averaged a 1.5 lb loss each week...and I really think the 4.5 was a fluke, anyhow. So, onward to NEXT week!
 
I weighed in last night and it wasn't pretty. I was up 3.4 lbs.

But on a brighter note - I am back from vacation (and bad, bad food) and am back to Core. I am hoping this 3 lb.s will fall right back off. I also started training for my 1/2 marathon last week, so the increased exercise should also help.

You're all doing great! Losses, gains, +/-, whatever, you're doing great! :thumbsup2 :cool1: Stick WITH it! You KNOW what to do! ;) Nobody said it was easy tho! :sad2: I HATE saying it myself but, losing weight was the most selfish thing I've ever done! You HAVE to care about yourSELF FIRST!!! And THAT IS A HARD CONCEPT to accept! It is THE hardest part of losing weight - Caring about YOURSELF first! I KNOW! Do it tho! :goodvibes And, keep posting here! It'll help you a lot! :thumbsup2

Short story: I went to the Dr. today. She was much more impressed this year, after 18 mos. of my maintaining than she was last year, after only 6 mos of maintaining. It was a HUGE boost for my complacent attitude of my accomplishment and success (maintenance/new eating style DOES get boring sometimes :rolleyes: ), but I'm WISHing the same for ALL of you!! :cheer2: :thumbsup2

I don't want to appear as the perfect 'example' by any means! :sad2: I have used ALL and more of my flex points every week over these 2-1/2 years, and I used to exercise but, haven't in quite a while so, by no means am I a WW example but, I did it, and so can YOU!!! :thumbsup2

This isn't temporary, it's a life change, with some diversions once in a while, because WW allows that! :thumbsup2 :goodvibes You CAN do it! :cheer2: :grouphug:

It's been about a month since I was brave enough to show my face. :rotfl2:

In early June we did the family Disney Cruise :boat: and then over the long weekend of the 4th (I got Friday, Monday and Tuesday off!) I went to Paris France for a "vacation" :artist: (he looks kind of French) Plus I have been traveling every week for business :car: including a conference in mid June at Disney :smickey:

So I finally got my act in gear and went to weigh in this morning and I was only up .4 lbs. I was thrilled. I have been to the grocery and am getting back on track. I am still traveling for work but we took long term leases at the Residence Inn so we have full kitchens which will help a LOT!

Looks like we have LOTS of great losers since my last visit. :cheer2: You guys are very inspiring!
 
Just wanted to check in and get motivated. My vacation is over, and I don't look forward to weighin, but I don't wi til thursday, so hopefully I can redeem myself. I had a great, relaxing, basicly exercise free week, but did stay on program 5 out of 8 days. I'm on track today and hopefully working the next 3 days will keep me there. I'll tell you thursday.

Kim-that's great keeping 75 pounds off for that long. Thanks for the motivating words. They really help.

Kudos to all you losers, and good luck to all of us gainers. Next week will be better. :)
 
I am going to start WW again but don't think I am going to go to meetings right away. Do you think that the daily point goals are the same now as they were when I originally joing in 2005? I began when they first started the flex or core programs.

Hi tcp1005. The points ranges for the flex program haven't changed since I joined in September. I haven't done core yet, so I don't know if anything has changed. Good luck to you.
