You're all doing great! Losses, gains, +/-, whatever, you're doing great!

Stick WITH it! You KNOW what to do!

Nobody said it was easy tho!

I HATE saying it myself but, losing weight was the most selfish thing I've ever done! You HAVE to care about yourSELF FIRST!!! And THAT IS A HARD CONCEPT to accept! It is THE hardest part of losing weight - Caring about YOURSELF first! I KNOW! Do it tho!

And, keep posting here! It'll help you a lot!
Short story: I went to the Dr. today. She was much more impressed this year, after 18 mos. of my maintaining than she was last year, after only 6 mos of maintaining. It was a HUGE boost for my complacent attitude of my accomplishment and success (maintenance/new eating style DOES get boring sometimes

), but I'm WISHing the same for ALL of you!!
I don't want to appear as the perfect 'example' by any means!

I have used ALL and more of my flex points every week over these 2-1/2 years, and I used to exercise but, haven't in quite a while so, by no means am I a WW example but, I did it, and so can YOU!!!
This isn't temporary, it's a life change, with some diversions once in a while, because WW allows that!

You CAN do it!
