WW Weekly Weigh-in

I only lost .4 this week, but I was just happy it was a loss...especially with Memorial Day weekend last week.

But my new TOTAL is 32lbs in 18 weeks. :woohoo:
 
I couldn't go to a meeting til today. But I was so excited! I lost 4.5 pounds last week. I am very happy for my first week. :banana: :banana: :banana:
 
WI today and down 1 pound which puts me finally over 20 pounds!!!!! It's been a long 9 months, but I really think I'm on track again and plan to stay there.

While I scream! ARGH!!!!!!!! Maintenance is frustrating. :sad2: I just want to MAINTAIN! :rolleyes:

I'm up 1.5 this week, and back to 74.5 lost with a Disney trip starting Friday. This is NOT how I wanted to start a trip. :worried: I sure hope all that walking helps to burn the calories I PLAN on eating. ::yes::

While I may check in before I leave, I won't be here next Monday to weigh in OR post, so I'll hopefully WI again on the 19th and be back posting then. :teeth:

I just re-started here on the DIS and with WW today. I went to a meeting today and weighed in at 202.2 which is an all-time high for me personally. I will really need your support and help. My first personal goal is to lose 10 pounds in 4 weeks. I KNOW I can do it with your help.

I'm with you! I went and wieghted in at 201.4 (the most I have ever weighed). The first week I lost 4.5 lbs and now I weigh in again Saturday morning. I think it has been going pretty well. I would love to lose 10 in 4 weeks too! It's a race! We can do it! :banana: :banana: :banana: :grouphug:

I was down 3.2 lbs.!!!!

I am down a total of 32.2 and I am 4 lbs. from goal! :banana:

This Core thing really must work! I was stuck at a plateau for 10 months doing flex. My body really did need this shake-up!

Congrats to all you losers & Kim - have a fabulous trip!

I am so glad you said that Kristi...I am going to try CORE next week. I was at a 2lb average until about 4 weeks ago now I lost like 5 lbs in the past 4 weeks, which I know isn't bad, but I really want to kick it up a notch.
 
Hey all I weighed in on wednesday and was down 2.4 lbs making my loss 26lbs in 11 weeks! I'm so excited...that was my goal to reach before I left for florida and i still have another 15 days! How's my new clippie look, by they way??? Thanks for all the support and encouragement. This board really does help knowing there are other people struggling the same way I am. Thanks again ,congrats on the losses and welcome to the newbies!!!
 
I went to my meeting today and I was even with last week. At least I didn't gain. I guess slow & steady, I won't give up!
 
kbmoo, that's a great attitude to have...staying the same is better then gaining a little...keep it up and I'm sure the pounds will drop off!! Good luck and keep it up!
 
Well, I finished my 1st week and went to my meeting today to learn that I have lost 2.6 lbs. I was secretly hoping it would be more since I have felt VERY hungry the last couple days but that's OK, I will get there. I have to take baby steps, right? Good news is I went from 202.2 down to 199.6 so at least I made it below the 200 mark right? It's also my TOM so I think that makes a bit of a difference doesn't it?
I have learned a lot about myself in the last week though...
- I am usually not hungry in the morning. BUT I do make myself eat something for breakfast.
- I am REALLY hungry from like 4pm on until bedtime. That's when I need to put a lock on the cupboards and fridge. If I had a nickel for every time I open the fridge just to look, I'd be quite rich right now. However, I have been doing really good because mostly all I do is look.
- I am going to add some exercise this week just some WATP once a day to start with.

Well, my weigh in did not go so well. I was up 1.4. :sad2:

BUT, without me saying anything - my leader asked me how I felt about where I was at. I told her I was happy, I'd like to lose more of course, but if this is where I stay - it's all good. I then said I just didn't want to pay anymore! My leader suggested I get a note from my doctor to say my current weight is a healthy weight for me. I have been hanging around, less than 8 or so lbs. from goal for almost a year! She thought I should get a note and go on maintainence now. She also said that sometimes once a member has received a note like that, the weight suddenly falls off.

So, I am going to put in a call to the doctor as soon as their office opens.
I just kind of feel like a fraud.
 
Went to WI knowing that my scale said I was about the same or up a tad. Shocked when their scale said I lost 1.6, but I'll take it!!! Puts me at 15.6 gone since January.
 
I weighed in this morning because we are going out of town for the week end. I am down 2.2 so that makes 7 lbs lost so far. I still have a long way to go, but I am motivated! :banana:
