! Super motivation for the rest of us!! Are you working out too besides the meal planning? 4lbs is a great accomplishment in one week for WW (especially when it isn't your first week).
Planning helped me survive the holidays and maybe thats what I should get back to in a regular week. I stopped worrying about everyone elses schedule and worked my own. Dinners are hard but I think the days I am at the hospital are harder- like today. Don't feel motivated to make my lunch or sometimes even make my breakfast. Dunkin Donuts coffee-

I always save points for -is always my morning staple but sometimes I splurge and get a Boston Cream (5pts) or God forbid a bagel with butter (9)

and that kind of blows my whole day. I have a WW bagel in the toaster so that should solve that problem this morning, but carrying a lunch into the hospital is kind of a pain. I will definately work on it.
