WW Weekly Weigh-in

Hi :) I'm new to the board, but am doing the 100 day challenge and have started a journal so thought I'd join in here too.

I've been doing WW and exercising since January 1st and finally today for the first time I've seen a 2 lb weight loss! I was so happy to finally see that scale move :)
 
Everyone is doing great. I didn't get in enough water yesterday so that is my goal today. Let's have a great OP day!
 
Weigh-in was this morning for me and I am down another 2.5 pounds!!! :cool1:

This puts me at 10.5 pounds lost and my goal was to lose 10 before we leave for our trip. Since I already met that goal I am going to try to lose another 2 pounds before we leave. :)

It sure is nice to see the numbers of the scale going down instead of up. :teeth:
 

Way to go Becka-

Well I survived my trip to WDW and only GAINED 1.4 lbs. WI this morning and it really didn't discourage me because I really threw the game plan out the window and just enjoyed myself. I am glad it was only 1.4 lbs and not 5 like I thought it would be. I didn't go crazy but I didn't keep track of points and I had a really bad test day on friday in my Med/Surg class.
OH well that was last week and this is a different week now. So I am back on track!!! I just have to plan, plan, plan and drink my water (yuck)!

You will be down those 1.4 pds in no time. Even though you didn't keep track of points while on vacation, I am sure that you were aware of what you were eating through out the day. That is the great thing about WW, it can become a way of life.

Good thinking that this is a NEW week. You are back on track and sounding positive.

How is everyone else doing?
 
Ive been on WW almost 3 weeks. I have lost 1lb at each WI so far. Tomorrow is my 3rd WI so i will post results then. Glad to find this thread.

Not so happy for me. :guilty: I was up another 1.5 lbs today! :rolleyes: Time to start getting serious or I'll lose my 75 lb clippie! :sad2:

I'm back from my sabbatical. In case anyone is curious, it is possible for a human being to gain 10 lbs in 5 weeks -- even when that person "thinks" she is being "good." :rolleyes1

Actually it's about what I expected and still under my start weight. So, :guilty: no whining :guilty: , just getting back to work.

WOO HOO Tammy!! That is awsome!! I love 2lb weeks. It really makes you feel good!!! And staying for the meetings help me alot! Keep it up and we will be seeing less of you soon. :thumbsup2
 
well i just WI for this week and i'm down 4 lbs! what! that's too good to be true -- bringing me to 7 lbs loss since jan 3rd and i can legally wear my clippie again! whew!

i know my weight fluctuates but i did a sneak WI yesterday and was 3 lbs higher than this morning? do you all have anxiety over that like i do? makes me nervous that it was a fluke and i'll be up next week?

but I got a red star on my online tracker :)
 
Way to go ohMom. I don't think your WI is a fluke. Yesterday when you did the sneak WI you could have been retaining water. Keep up with the great work and you will get to change your clippie soon.
 
Woo Hoo!

I weighed in tonight and was up .6. Not bad since I was bad again this weekend.

Next week will be better. I signed up today for the Minnie 15k race in May (I need motivation badly!). I have not been exercising at all before this. I am starting the treadmill TONIGHT! :banana:

Way to go on signing up for the Minnie. How did the TM go last night? There is no better motivation than a trip to WDW. :cool1:
