I am thinking about re-joining WW on Monday. I went back in 2001 and lost 60 pounds, unfortunately I didn't stick to plan and gain all of it back. I have put it back on in places that I didn't have it before and I'm not liking it. I don't like putting my arms at my side when I'm sitting and having to fell my rolls. I am ready to get back on plan and need the structure of going to the meetings to WI. I have a friend that I think is going to join with me so hoping that will make it easier.
It was hard to see that not only had I managed to gain back everything I lost the first time, but managed to add up even more. But, I'm on my way . . .
Hope we can do the same for you! 

and I am up a pound. I know its water weight. I am drinking water will that help?

This puts me BACK to 78.5 lost, which is still more than I 'goaled' for, and which is why I keep a 75lb clippie rather than the 80 lb clippie
