I had wi today.. up 2.2, no big deal as but I think I know why. Maybe some of you can relate to this...
If you wi say at 5pm every week but one week you have to change your wi o say 9am same day, do you think you will see the same wi you would of if you went at 5pm??
I had to change my wi and in stead of going in the am, I had to go at supper time, so I think that is why I was up. I also kicked butt this week in excersizing so maybe it is muscle

I am not worried because my pants are soo falling off, I know it is melting off not matter what the scale says!
Good news is my DD (13) joined last week

she did it after watching me being successful... first she went with me on my first day in Feb and didnt want to join, but being around me did something because she had lost 6.6 since Feb, then she lost 3.8 this week

she is down 10.4 total

I am soo happy for her! She is doing Curves and Yoga with me now too

so much good coming from this change I decided to start
