All of you are doing great and keeping me motivated. I like weighing in on
Saturday morning, that way I do my little splurge on the week end and I'm good to go Monday thru Friday. I am soo excited.
I got my 25 lb magnet today
It's been a long time coming, but I still have alot more I could do to keep losing. More water, more excercise, more sticking with the program. But I keep telling myself I can have anything I want. I am changing my bad habits and I want to keep it off this time. No miracle diet for me! Just remember we didn't gain all this weight overnight, so we cann't expect to loose it overnight. We are not dieting, we are being good to ourselves!
