I feel so betrayed by my scales. How could this be?? I'm very distressed.

. All I can say is: you will have daily flucuations IF you weigh everyday but, muscle weighs more than fat. Muscle also burns fat, that's the plus! If you MUST weigh everyday, concencrate only on the weekly number.
